Tanya and the team at Europe Auto Repair have been my saving grace and have preventing my mind from exploding due to the constant issues my car has presented time and time again. Tanya has been the most supportive, truthful, and persistent force during my car’s repair. I have been through multiple car repair shops and she played a key part in finally resolving the issue. Tanya has went above and beyond (and that is an understatement) which helped limit the time my car was in repair. Her communication and transparency are so appreciated! I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you Tanya and the Europe Services Auto Repair team for your work! You all are fantastic!

STAY AWAY the two ladies Kiki and other older lady try to convince you to get TIMING CHAIN replaced because your vehicle has over 90,000 miles. DON’T FALL FOR IT. the mechanic who worked on my car lack the basic knowledge he filled my coolant for the 2015
BMW 328i pass the line on the coolant reservoir shows the line it should be filled to. N the reason is to allow the coolant to expand if the car over heats. This is basic They are incompetent and that heavy set woman up front is a bully she thinks she knows everything but at the end of the day YOU ARE NOT A CERTIFIED MECHANIC and their prices are not that much cheaper than BMW of Temple. At least a dealership will back their work up and give you a ride home or a loaner car. It’s a scam. They bank on that you want your car fix. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

For the past 15 years, I have consistently chosen Europe Services as my preferred automotive service provider in various capacities, including routine oil changes and comprehensive fuel injection system cleanings. Europe Services places customer satisfaction as its top priority, even though its costs are slightly lower than those of other establishments. They strive to ensure that they are affordable. Kay K, the customer service representative, demonstrates exceptional professionalism by warmly greeting customers and ensuring they receive the service they deserve. She dedicated herself to conducting road tests on vehicles for the mechanics, as they often become occupied with other tasks. She provides them with the diagnosis as she is a mechanic by profession, albeit working in customer service. I have consistently regarded their work as excellent, and I have never perceived any attempt on their part to promote unnecessary services or maintenance. Whenever an inspection has revealed an issue, they have consistently provided me with choices and have been pragmatic about the estimated timeframe for resolving it. In addition to providing excellent service, the service shop offers friendly assistance at the counter, a tidy and cozy lobby area, and the convenience of online appointment scheduling, making it an outstanding choice. Considering the well-known reputation of the auto repair industry for being dishonest and inconsistent, I have discovered that Europe Services is one of the rare establishments that has not given me any reason to question their integrity.

I contemplated this for days because with exception of the lady at the front desk I didn't have much problems, but unfortunately the service provider unprofessionalism was a big enough problem for me to remove my car from the shop.
She was very unprofessional and rude to me as a customer on different occasions, I even tried to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking mabe it was a bad day but it continued every time I spoke with her as if we had a personal vendetta. Simple questions where met with smart comments and slight attitude and i couldnt understand why.
I'm a real estate agent and I meeting people with professionalism and common courtesy is a must. I paid my money but didn't get my car fully fixed I decided to remove my car.
I WOULD NOT recommend you taking your car here if you have to deal with her as a service provider.
I pray she finds peace or that this situation is addressed.

I had a wonderful experience with Europe services in Killeen, Texas. I scheduled an appointment for today and was pleasantly greeted by Kaykay as soon as I walked in. She efficiently verified my appointment and my vehicle was taken for service immediately. While I was waiting, Mrs. Tanya, another service representative, engaged me with her excellent customer service skills. Both Kaykay and Mrs. Tanya created a welcoming customer service atmosphere.The technicians were highly efficient with my service and demonstrated a commitment to providing effective service for my vehicle. As a first-time customer, I was impressed by their mechanical skills and the surprisingly quick service. Overall, my experience with Europe services in Killeen was exceptional, and I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

$1500 dollars later and my car still has the exact same misfire as when I took it in. Mechanics misdiagnosed my car but I paid for it. I'll take my car to a professional place from now on. A place that actually puts it on a computer and is capable of figuring out the problem.
