Went in for a tune-up and and an A/C diagnostic. Parts from this place are extremely high. Quote for an A/C compressor was over 800 for the part and they also charged me almost 400 for 4 spark plugs . That’s not even the kicker, after picking my car up the check engine light was on. It definitely was not on when I dropped it off.

As if I couldn’t say anymore good things about this shop… they go a send me something like this! This shows to me that they also appreciate you as a person. I have never had a business do something quite like this. You want a quality shop that truly cares then call Eric and them and get set up for services. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they have done!

I came in very skeptical about my vehicle issues bc of the other two auto shops but, First Choice heard me concerns and they told me what it was and the breakdown of the amounts. They sent me pics of the issues as well. I was referred to them by a friend. They are my FIRST CHOICE from now on.

I recently visited Brake Plus on W Stan Schlueter loop for help with my brakes, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful.
Charles, the store manager, truly stood out. He showed exceptional integrity and went out of his way to make sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. There was no pressure, no upselling just honest, clear communication and top-notch customer service.
It’s rare these days to find a place where you feel genuinely comfortable and taken care of, but that’s exactly how I felt here. Charles and his team earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance needs.

We had something come up with our truck during a trip around the killeen area, and after looking up different places and checking the reviews, we found this place and brought it in. Our air conditioner had been going in and out for the last few days, and despite trying to put it off, we knew we needed it fixed sooner rather than later. We went it and met Sean, who being a really cool dude, got our truck back as soon as he could and found out that there was this plug that was being jostled loose over and over. They got it fixed fast and got us on the road with barely any delay in our plans. If another problem came up with our truck, we'd probably drive a few hours for these guys to take car of it.

Outstanding service, my truck was sick and I took it to a sick company named Firestone in Harker Heights, after keeping my vehicle for 8 days , I called on the 8 th day and they told me the vehicle couldn't be fixed. I towed my vehicle to First Choice, friendly people who fix my truck in two days. My vehicle runs like a spooked deer. Thanks First Choice, you have a new customer. Firestone can only put air in my tires.

Eric was a great getting my car sorted out. Brakes, rotors, struts… it needed a lot of help. The shop assessed it the same day and got it back to me the following day. I appreciate their quick thoroughness while fixing all the problems it had.
