Had a friend come to town she stayed here said not to bring kids when I came to visit u could see it's a place that needs to clean up especially by law enforcement I'm scared to see kids at this place or touch anything might catch something

They have remodeled the insides of the rooms they look nicer and more spacious. Not sure if they've converted them into apartments or if they're still renting them for a day or two. Great location on service Rd of 190 before u reach red lobster and trimmer Rd. Close to shopping and entertainment.

If you need a small place to call home this is the place. But not room 116 I was there a couple nights ago and I had the worst experience ever the room was hot there's no air coming through the room and then there was bugs and roaches crawling everywhere the price was cheap but it's not worth sleeping uncomfortable

It's in a good location...pretty quiet at night, large area to live in...not the best in quality furnishings, has the basics, but the pricing is fair ..if your on a budget and don't mind an inperfection here and there, this is the motel for you....I'm not complaining, 370 a week isn't bad at all, next to Walmart and the mall!

The owner was so rude to customers, he screamed at them, the place was awful, it had a lot of holes in the room and the room smelled so bad is really bad service. I’m never coming back to this place again. THIS IS A HORRIBLE “HOTEL”. I DON'T recommend this “hotel” is awful.

I would never stay here after the way yall treated that veteran. He was in a wheel chair and made a reservation. One he showed up with his service dog, you refused him service and then you refused to refund his money. What a disgrace you are to this country. He should have been awarded more than 5,000.

The staff there are great people, Ms Kim and Mr. Christopher. The owner is very racist towards black people and is rude as the devil. I would not suggest you stay there. The place has RATS and if you complain about anything he will accuse you of the issue which was not the case.Thanks Ms. E

Avoid this place at all costs.They will not honor your reservation, or booked rate, then will call police if you complain. The rooms are filthy, as well.

I would never set foot in this motel after they denied a disabled military serviceman in a wheelchair with one amputated leg his reservation because he has a service dog. They called the police to have him escorted off the property and refused to refund his money for the room. Yes, they have now had to pay him a $5,000 fine, but what a cruel thing to do, just leave him in his wheelchair and his service dog out there in the parking lot with nowhere to go. i wish I could thank this disabled military man for his service, and thank his loyal service dog. I also hope this motel gets so few reservations because of their cruel actions that they go broke.

The evening desk clerk was very rude,and refused to give us a second wash cloth and large towel,so two people had to used the exact same towel. The shower had a hole in the floor,and room door was unsecure, the bed was hard,the blanket had cigarette burns in it,and the room smelled like cigarette butts. When we were confronted with the evening desk clerk's rude attitude, we decided to get a refund and find somewhere else to lodge. Even after we accidentally dropped the one towel in the mud while trying to go back to out room,the desk clerk refused to give us a replacement wash cloth and decided to call the police after we requested our refund. The place is full of drug addicts. There were two sitting in the lobby of the motel tweaking. I would never recommend this place for anyone. It really needs to have a building inspector done in a check it for the violations I saw. DO NOT EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE.

Ugh. Small room and bathroom. AC is so gross. Only 1 towel(no b's just 1 no floor mat washcloth nada). Floors are all dirty and the room number wasn't on the door. I'm just up here randomly trying my key in every door with number that said what key said. And there's at least 4 with the same number. 121a and 121,121b and a mystery door all have same number on it. This place is just so Bates Motel creepy.
