went in to load my cash app left the store with a 480.00 lost. the cashiers dont know when a transaction did not go through and the manager is totally clueless, beware of this location go somewhere else. on 16 Oct 2023 i gave the cashier 480.00 cash to load the tranaction did not load after an hour i returned to the store to inform them that it did not go through immediately they started to blame cash app the manager and i called cash app and they verified there was no transaction we even sent a copy of the reciept. the reciept i have from family dollar shows no electonic tranfer on it. the manager there even called their customer service and they that store# 6074 and no cash app transaction that day for that amount. the manager gave me some BOGUS number yea the one where you never get to speak to a person because they did not want to do there job WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE CLUELESS

I don't get the opportunity to visit this store very often (I'd say about once a year if even then)however today when I visited, I was very pleased with the prices! I purchased about 15 various items which included a bottle of Dove Body Wash and the total amount of purchases came to about $12.00 + change! I said to myself: "I've got to come here more often!"

The store is nice. The only problem is the lady with red hair whom I believe might even be the manager acts as if your a bother when u need help. I didn't mind the first two times I figured she might have been having a bad day but she's that way every time even with the employees. People skills are a must in customer service and she needs to get some. Ruins my vibe when I have to see her.
