I think great employees always need to be praised. I went into Office Max today since Google said they had a fedex there. From the second I walked in Stephen was greeting me, asked if I needed assistance with anything. He helped me through the entire process of getting my package ready to ship. 10/10 service. Great customer service. Was beyond kind and helpful. Made the process a million times easier because I was sure lost on how to do it all. Yall have got yourself a great employee. Thanks for amazing service Stephen!

The worst Office Max hands down. Who came up with the idea of going on line to sign up, " just to get in line"...I thought I had seen stupid ideas but this place takes the cake.... Great job reinventing stupid.

When you have office max employee that aren’t properly trained, it makes the fed ex service they offer look bad. I brought in two packages of college books that I was shipping out and because the tracking numbers were on different locations on the shipping labels the employee wouldn’t ship one of the packages out. She saw the obvious tracking number on one of my shipping labels, but the other one was at the bottom and claimed that there was no tracking number. Why would I have a FedEx shipping label with no tracking number on it to begin with? I showed her the tracking number that was on my phone and I also showed her the tracking number that was on my label but because there was numbers before the tracking number, she was confused and just said that there was no tracking number and that she wouldn’t enter the one for my phone. I had to ship my package from an official FedEx store because the FedEx pick up has employees that don’t understand the tracking numbers are located on different places of a shipping label.

I will be going to this location from now on to ship my fedex packages. They have packaging I need and the customer service is good. Very easy and I was in and out!
