I was shopping at this store trying to find some shoes for my kids. I am shocked at the way one of the guys spoke to one of the workers who happened to look very young. I assume this guy was an a leadership position (How?!). His name was Pat. I could not believe it when I heard him call that young lady "Stupid". It really took everything in me to not say anything to this man. How dare you talk to anyone like that ESPECIALLY in front of customers!! He really should not be in a leadership role or working in customer service for that matter. That was completely uncalled for. Whoever is in charge there should really contemplate if this is someone you want working for you. I hope that young lady reports you to HR!!

Simply amazing how the new store looks! Clean neat well organized! The Store Manager Pat has definitely been working hard and it shows! His staff is upbeat and helpful! Great customer service. I called to make sure they had the new “ CLOUDTEC “ shoes . And they did ! I will always buy from this store !!

This finish line is the best shoe store in the entire Killen mall. I don't only mean this in terms of product selection, but also in terms of environment, customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. The quality of this location just isn't inclusive to the killeen mall, but to all of the shoe stores I've visited. I've been around the country in my 14 years in the military and this is in the top 10% of shoe stores I've been to. Professionalism and customer appreciation are the top things I look for and this store tops to charts.

They don't offer shoes for larger foot customer no half size, need more selection in size 13, like 13 W and larger shoe sizes. Offer online and in store orders for customers by sale person. Sale persons should be reminder that personal conversations with other should end when a potential customer enter your shop. Offer discounts on accessories if they buy a pair of shoes or invite a friend their shop.
