Came in today not knowing what to expect, had an on going issue with car making strange noise. After taking a closer look, Tony & his team figured out what the exact issue was. Even showing me in person the part that was replaced and how damaged it was. I would recommend them over and over again! Thank you guys so much.

Don’t bring your car here unless you want a bill that’s unexplainable and more damage done to your car. Tony gave us the run around for a month for us to get the car and it have more problems then it did to begin with. Tell us it’s one thing to call and see if cars ready to be told it needs to go to collision shop. So why did y’all even touch it to begin with??? The mechanic himself told Tony he did not want to work on it. Then picking it up Rick wants to smile in your face when you ask him to come fix what’s even more messed up car can’t even be drove and he literally smiles in your face and acts incompetent as hell like the rest of the crew. Y’all are off the wall rude and don’t know a damn thing about what you’re doing!!!!! Over $3,000 in a bill for car to not even drive still and when you ask what the names are of the mechanic that’s touched the car everyone looks at you like you got ten heads laughs and says I don’t know what you’re talking about I don’t know who worked on it. Very unprofessional place and This will be going further then a review I will be going to corporate as well as the BBB.
Update:: They still have not provided a solution when reached out to. Corporate nor the email provided when leaving a review. Seems as if they don’t care. To top things off took my car to correct dealership and they proved that Fire Stone was in fact the reason my car is worse then it was one and two the things I was charged for to be fixed were intact not fixed and I paid for them to be done. Fire stone do better and reach out to your customers cause this is ridiculous. BBB has been contacted and we will go from there.

I went to get an alignment, basically just got a "Toe-N-Go" meaning they only adjusted the Toe and didn't adjust the caster or camber. Paid $135.82 and didn't even get a proper alignment. Went home with the "alignment sheet" showing before and after.
At the bottom of the alignment sheet has a sentence in red stating....
"One or more values are not within specification. Tire wear, handling and safety problems may result."
Why would ANY company charge for a service, provide a third of the services, charge them, and then send them on their way with safety issues?!?!
I posted the paperwork on a Facebook group and learned the term "Toe-N-Go". Taking my truck to the dealership to have this done correctly and I will NEVER go to Firestone again nor recommend them to anyone.
**1 week Update** I've been contacted by a Firestone rep. I was not given the corporate contact information as requested. I was informed that I will be contacted within 2 business days. It's been 1 week and I haven't been contacted for a resolution. They keep asking me for my invoice number and contact information which I have provided twice so far.

Took my car in to this place for an oil change and full tire rotation. Drove 20 miles after the appointment and noticed a severe wobble while driving. Pulled over and saw that I only had two lug nuts on my back right tire, which both came off with just 3-5 turns BY HAND.. So almost lost a whole wheel while driving. Had AAA come, they got us lug nuts to fix the issue. I called this Firestone to politely let them know, they had little to no words for this. Showed very little concern. Fast forward 7 months later. Got a flat tire in a parking lot, it was one the back left tire, so different side. Had AAA come out to help my girlfriend change the tire (while I was deployed) and they were unable to take off a single lug nut. Due to over tightening on those lugs from Firestone, the AAA guy said “whoever put these tires on really screwed you”. We had to get the car towed to another tire place to get the wheel off and fixed… Moral of the story, do not use this exact location. Firestone is typically a good business, this exact location is not recommended at all. ***this is the only review I have ever left for a business, and I’m also a very understanding person for human errors. This was just over all ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Drop car off @7:30am for a wheel alignment and wheel & tire balance and rotation, 10 hrs later still not ready. I expected to be a long wait, maybe 5 hrs but not 10 hrs later and still waiting. This is ridiculous ? This place sucks, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. In the past I brought my truck for service for the same thing and also to check a tire that was experiencing a slow leak and told them I am going out of town for a long trip want to make sure that the tire was good. Picked up my truck few hours later, asked if the tire was good and was told that they fixed it. Very next day I drove and about an hour into the trip the tire that was supposed to be fixed had a blow out. So if you wish for your car/vehicle to get good service I suggest to take it else where or you may be disappointed with the service. Wish I can give a negative 5 stars but too bad I can’t.

In the name, firestone complete auto car, firestone will deny jobs because it's engine internal, I can't believe they denied the job, all they said it was internal and wouldn't perform the job. The engine was also already taken out of the car and decked, all I need was the auxiliary shaft new bearing pressed in.

I made an appointment for a vehicle inspection for 11am...I called and was told to bring it in early to get put into the queue. I dropped the vehicle off at 9am. I called again at 11:30am and was told my car was next. I went to the store at 1:12pm and my car had not moved, nothing had been done so I left with my car still not knowing what is wrong with it.

The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional, the store manager went out of his way to locate and pick up the tire that I needed from another bridgestone location. Though I got there just about an hour before closing time I was able to have my damaged tire replaced. Excellent service and I am grateful.

Took my truck here to get a “bread and butter” service done: wheel alignment and put on some new tires. Took the truck up to highway speeds and got a really bad shake in the steering wheel. On top of that found a tire to be low on air. New tires were not balanced properly. Took my vehicle back TWO times because they couldn’t get it right. When I brought it back the second time, guy at the front muttered “oh look who’s back again”. Waste of my money and my time. DON’T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
