Every time I come here the customer service is impeccable. I very much enjoy all of the communication that I've had with each employee. The employees are very attentive and they always acknowledge my presence. Customer service is very important to me. If I go into a business and I am not acknowledged I will leave and not do business with that company. Thank you to each and every employee for their dedication to take care of the needs of their customers. I'm very grateful to be a customer of 1st National Ban

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER inside and outside in the drive thru. Each and every time there is nasty attitudes, incompetence on simple transactions, and you are putting up with this each visit. You’re also going to deal with multiple people on one simple transaction for example a money order. No matter how nice and patient you are it’s ALL YOUR FAULT! I dread going to this corporate office each time.

Charged me an NSF fee for circumstances beyond my control, upper managed didn't even deign to call me to tell me the request to remove it was denied. I've been banking with these people for years, utterly worthless. I wish I could post with zero stars.

All the teller had to do was send TWO papers to the loan department. This was a week ago. The loan department never received anything. Teller couldn’t handle one job. The phone number takes you to their hotline number. I work during the day and they’re closed on weekends. They can’t handle one job. This place is a waste of money to have been built. Lines can be long depending on the time you go in too. They have people in offices doing nothing.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. The worst bank you could possibly imagine. You can’t transfer funds after 9pm. Funds don’t transfer instantly so if you need money right this second you’re out of luck. Choose a mainstream bank. Avoid this bank like the plague.

An employee forgot to put my ID down on my account, now they are refusing to cash a check, that is the same amount I cashed a week ago , and to make matter worse they put a hold on my card and now I have no money to use.... please check your cameras to know I AM who I say I AM. It is not my fault your employees couldn't do their job correctly and now I have to suffer. Outrageous

Worst bank to bank with. Stay away. I’ve been having problems with this bank in general, not only this location. For example. I deposited a money order. It gets called in by the bank teller and gets a manager to sign off on it. They still put a hold on it.

I am currently sitting on hold for the Loan department and have been on hold for literally an hour... Matter of fact anytime I call the bank First Convenience for anything. U have to sit on hold for over 30 min. It's truly inconvenient especially since the customer service call center is normally open during times customers are at work... Smh the customer service as of the last 5 years has been non-existent there's been several issues I haven't been happy with over the years. I've been a customer for over 7 years trying to hold on but at this point I'm really evaluating if this is a relationship I'd like to continue for lack of reciprocity.. I think it's time to look elsewhere
