I was looking for a Western Union location in Killeen, and the first two places I went to either said they no longer did Western Union, or they did not have enough money in their register.So, I went to First National Bank Texas.They were extremely friendly, and I was able to get the money my friend sent to me within minutes.Also, in the past, I’ve experienced when picking up money, the employees treat you like a bum.What does it matter if I am sending money, or receiving money. Everybody deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.The teller I worked with was Xaymara. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and before I left gave me a brochure about their bank, and told me that if I would ever like to open an account with them, she would be happy to help me.The facility is very clean, and every worker was very nice.I highly recommend this bank.

Opened my son bank account to establish credit n after 11 months COVID conditions bank charged non activity they won’t reverse don’t use this his bank so many hidden fees n when u open a account they don’t bother to tell u these fees they charge 35$ each acct this bank greedy with fees God knows it’s so wrong to take from poor ppl

From day one of my mortgage loan, this bank has had the worst customer service ever. Each time I try and login to my loan, I cannot. Calling customer service is a long process of being transferred from ill-informed people to the next to the next to the next to the next. I've had the loan for seven years and wanted to receive paper statements each month. I was told they were mailing them, but in seven years I have not ever received one. They are unable to help me login to my account. So, each month, I pay my bill directly from my checking account, blindly. I am on hold currently and have been tossed about from person to person for over an hour now. I don't understand why they cannot fix the statement problem and I don't understand how my login information is always invalid when I try to login and why it's so difficult to fix. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I am in the process of figuring out exactly how much I owe so I can pay off my mortgage and be done with them.

I had a home loan with this bank, which was made to me at a very difficult time during a divorce. I was very appreciative to get a loan, even though my property was worth well over what the loan amount was. When it was time for me to refinance my home, I saw that the bank had added an additional $10,000 to my loan. I was certain this was a bank error. I tried to find out the justification for that huge addition to my loan, and even spoke to the woman who owns the bank, and there was never a reasonable explanation given to me. I felt like it was Big Money against the Little Guy. I tried to fight it, but to no avail. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this bank. It is owned by a very wealthy family, and apparently they run a shoddy operation.

Gave my wife 4 fake $20 Bill's. Called customer service was told to take them back up there. The manager wouldn't even come out of the back and the rest of the tellers were beyond rude. DON'T bank here or cash any checks here.

This place is so needy for NSF Fees that when a company that refunded a draft that put my account over, they wouldn't refund me back the NSF Fee. Other banks and credit unions reverse them if it is no fault of the customer. This Bank is a modern day Jesse James because it is backed by the Government so it can legally rob customers.
