We came here because we wanted a second opinion for the estimate of repair cost. The technician carefully explained what had to be done and what the exact cost would be. My wife and are very happy with them and wish we had sought a second opinion from them with another vehicle, which a different collision shop estimate had "totalled out".

My car was st this location for almost three months and did not get repaired because it is a hybrid. It took a month just to get an estimate on the car then they told me Killeen Hyundai could repair my car. After waiting almost two months for Killeen Hyundai to tell me that they couldn’t repair my either. I have been inconvenienced all this time not having a car and making payments on a car that I can’t drive. They didn’t even know they my car was still on their lot for they told me the car was towed to Killeen Hyundai which was a lie. My car never left their lot to get repaired at Killeen Hyundai. Three months is ridiculous.

This is my first time visiting a Gerber Collision and I was blown by the next level customer service I was given. From day one I could feel the difference in energy between this specific Gerber and the one in Nolanville which was where I made my appointment first. Ainsley was prompt with getting me an appointment. The entire experience from this location was amazing. Kat was so professional and courteous. Emm thanks again you ROCK!!!!! They really hooked me up. Kept me updated the entire time, helped with my rental, pickup drop off. Had a whole bummer replaced in a day. ??Services: Painting

Nothing is more frustrating then having your suv damaged in an accident. Although my insurance is making things go really smooth this shop isn't! They have canceled my appointment twice! I did my research on this place and I really had high hopes. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

My mother was helped right away even though there was no appointment and we were just coming in to ask questions we were helped quickly with every question we had and the man helping us even went the extra mile to make sure we got through to our insurance company! So kind!!!!

My initial repair was quoted at a few days, took a few weeks due to issues with receiving the wrong bumper, twice. They offered no rental car or discount to make up for this.Then they put the wrong bulb in my brake light, causing me to have to return 3 times after the repair before they finally pinpointed the issue. The final time, the manager did it himself, but in the process broke my tail light. He swore he would order a new one and replace it free of charge, and I believed him. Up to this point, I had been very kind and understanding despite the numerous issues. A month after his promise I had still heard nothing, so I called and asked about it. The manager told me it was taking longer than expected due to supply issues. Another month and a half later I had still heard nothing and unfortunately had to move across the country due to military PCS. I guess I’ll never get that tail light from them. Next time I’ll be sure to get it in writing, it was d*** of me to simply trust them.

I had a dent through my back hatch and onto my bumper. The back window glass was also shattered in the accident. I used the at fault owners insurance (State Farm) to request repairs. I had a very tight window (2 weeks) to get the parts ordered and put on the vehicle. I paid nothing out of pocket and the estimator Victor even suggested I replace my bumper even though I did not see the damage on it. (There was damage) His whole team kept me updated thoroughly through the whole process and even got everything done by the specific time I needed it. I can’t thank them enough for how professional they are and how good my car now looks! I will forever be thankful for the job they did!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Had scheduled an appointment a week in advance. In order to make this appointment I had to miss work and have my wife miss work “she was my ride back”. Upon arriving at the specified time I was turned away and told that they had to change my drop off date to the following week. Meaning i would have to miss more work ect. I understand things change but a simple phone call or some kind of communication would have prevented me from wasting so much time and money. Due to the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy I will not be going back. Can’t trust them to keep an appointment how can you trust them to fix your vehicle?Service: General repairs & maintenance
