Walked in to get a haircut for my son and he had quite a bit of gel I couldn’t get off since this was straight after school
Guy cutting his hair kinda held on to the hard parts and was hurting my son and looked visibly annoyed he had to shampoo him
While he was cutting his hair some guy named Alan walked in who was their franchise manager I think I heard so he immediately wanted my son out of his chair and completely rushed his cut
And yes the cut was horrible and now will have to be taking him AGAIN, obviously elsewhere, to get fixed what he did to my son.

I have had a pretty good experience here until yesterday! It was terrible. I am completely traumatized with this cut and there is nothing I can do now but live with it. THIS GIRL SHOULD NOT HAVE SCISSORS! It is soooo short and now there is nothing I can do about it! I look like a cancer patient. I was not looking for a military cut, but that is what I got! It looks awful! Not only was it super short like a 1/2 inch from my head but uneven and choppy! I am mortified! I hate that you can't specify WHO cuts your hair! I cried when I got home. Literally no way to fix it....particularly this gouge in the side of my head right down to the scalp! And old lady big ears stick right out! I said I liked to curl it but there is no way to curl 1/2 inch hair! Do not let Cee Cee cut your hair! Just don't! And yes I reached out to customer service but they cannot magically fix physics. We were going to get family photos but not now! It will be a year because my hair grows very slow! It's super super bad! They offered 3 free cuts but I probably will not risk it! I paid to have myself like this ugh! I will go back to long hair! It will take 10 years however. Worse haircut I have ever had! This gouge on the side of my head is awful! I might have to pray for cancer geeesh.

I absolutely loved this place. I would bring my kids all the time. My last visit with them was not so pleasant. My son’s eyebrow was nearly clipped all the way off, and the hairstylist did not even inform me of this. I truly believe she should’ve let me know. I believe that I should’ve been offered that haircut free since it was her error on top of not telling me about it I always tip and I bring all of my children to get their haircut at the same time. I will never go back to this location because of that error so DISAPPOINTED ☹️

I walked in 2/8/2025 at 5:36 pm and wasn't an online check in, I was informed they had 1 ahead of me and couldn't get to me by closing time at 6 pm and was turned away. I didn't know there was a check in time to get same day service. My money isn't good enough 24 mins before closing time. I want there after 6 pm trying to get a haircut, so why was I turned away? This is your standard of customer service? It's a joke. Update. I went back 2/9/2025 at 1:30 pm. Checked in at the counter. Never saw my name on the list. Some others came in about 15 mins after I got there. They had checked in online. I asked if I was on the list as they began taking the ones that walked in after me, and she got my name wrong, and said I didn't know what you were sitting there for. Thought you was waiting on someone. So instead of, can I help you, it's changed to ignoring someone until they speak up then make an excise. This establishment is a joke. You'd get a better haircut with a fresh pair of fiskar scissors at home in the kitchen. Customer survey says: bomb zero. I'm surprised this place manages to stay open. Corporate, please do something about this place. It's making you look bad, seriously.

Service is fine. They sell these preloaded cards that lock in a low price for haircuts. The problem is, most of the staff has no idea how to properly use it. It's almost always a wait, and if they get it wrong, it cost me money. They really should work on this.

I went for the second time to get my hair cut, the same person helped me, the service is fast, but they are on the personal phone and they do the job, with little customer service, they cut off quickly and because they were listening to their bluetune call, it happened the machine and I overcooked my hair, being mutitask is not good in this personalized service. And they leave my hair very wet, I definitely won't go back.
