Had an issue with a haircut and was given a free touch up to fix it once it grew a bit. Best staff of any location!!!
Requested style: High fade .... received full buzz cut.
Stylist: Not sure of the name, she was nice but ruined my hair.

Stylist: Ms. Jessica Kay is awesome. She has been cutting my hair and kids hair for last 7 years and we always leave happy with the cut.

My son just received a haircut from this location. The person that cut my son's hair seem to be in a hurry, she miss certain spots on my son's head. The sides were unfaded completely you can still see the line. I understand there was a line of people waiting, but you should take your time when doing a person's haircut, so you can have continuous customer service. I had to take my son to a different barber shop to fix what was wrong after I got home from work. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Today my 4 year old granddaughter went in to get a very easy bob, what she got was absolutely terrible and still had long hanging pieces the stylist completely missed. She was asked to cut 2-3 inches and cut over 5 and completely butchered her bangs which was asked to not be cut. If you want to get a kids jacked up haircut this is the place to go, they don't fail to disappoint as this is the second kid who didn't have a great clip. This woman didn't listen at all to what was requested. The stylist is the bigger woman in the Easter photo on fb page, if they put you in her seat. RUN, she's gonna cut your hair to her liking and you will have to home and cut more of your hair to fix her terrible job. Location is the one next to Walmart off Stan Schlueter, 3650

Butchered my sons long hair. Everything was trash about it. If you have a son with long hair do not take him here. Got my refund...won't be coming back.

Giving it 2 stars because the one lady cut my little ones hair good only because my husband stood there watching but the other 2 ladies do not know how to cut hair the other boy6s hair was uneven looked like they got chopped with a machete ! Absolutely never again! 80 dollars for a hot mess . If you are nervous about cutting your own hair, believe me, you can't do any worse getting on YouTube and doing it yourself I'm so freaking angry the older one didnt even get a haircut she just "trimmed it basically just semi wet it and then cut it straight across , she gave him a freaking bob!? and they reply asking you to email to fix it and that's just it , it's redundant because they don't fix anything . AVOID THIS PLACE ! UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY GETTING IT FIXED AT ANOTHER PLACE.

Been coming here about 9 months now. Always have great promotions, great employees, and great atmosphere to get the job done. Whitney took care of me today and should she be on duty next time I come, I’d ask for her again. Oh and you get a sucker when you’re done!
