I want to shoutout the woman who was working last night, 11/3/25, I did not catch her name but she had beautiful black/green hair and an infectious smile. I went to go pick up my partner’s medication after a very rough day in the ER. I had an incredibly cranky baby with me who hasn’t slept in days and the woman working could hear - she took tremendously great care of us. She was SO kind and understanding, and gave us quality and lightening quick service. I truly wish for more people like her in the world. Thank you for treating me with compassion and kindness during a stressful time.

The staff is always polite and kind. Never had any complaints. Even came out to help me find something on the shelves when I couldn't find it one day.

These people are rude and do not treat customers the way they should. They change their policy as it suits them. Yesterday was the third time this happened so I decided on the review. Previously I have never had problems at any other Heb, Just this one. Do better Heb pharmacy. Treat people with respect, stop being so judgemental. I will start having my provider send my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

Horrible customer service. I am a Nurse, a vet, and get drug tested regularly and the employee Monica insists on treating me like a drug seeker because they can’t get it together. Called to check on prescriptions and told to come get them only to be told once I arrived that I could not get them for two more days because the pharmacist decided that filling every 28 days as per the law was an issue. This is AFTER speaking to the provider. Called around to other pharmacies in the area to switch my business and she is known for this behavior. Checked with some of the local providers and they say the same. I hope she can get some training or help because she isn’t the main character she thinks she is and it seems like everyone is figuring it out. Either way, I am done with them and I would encourage anyone who can to go elsewhere.

Jennifer was so helpful finding a location that can fill my prescription I called other locations and this location was the only one that help my find the only location that could fill my full prescription I truly appreciate you Jen for taking that extra time to help my out and answer my endless questions thank you so much!!!

Thank God for employees like Idalmis. I was having an issue filling my prescription at Stan Schlueter Loop HEB pharmacy, like always. She not only fixed my problem, but she was able to fill my prescription in a timely manner. Give this woman a raise!!
