This pharmacy is a joke! They told me my medication was finishing up, so I stopped and waited for 30 minutes. Then I got to the window, and she said the pharmacy was just finishing up the medication, 'Hold on, I’ll go get it.' She came back and said the pharmacy had stepped out, and it would be another 10 minutes. At this point, I’m like, 'I’ll come back later.' Not even three minutes later, I got a call saying it’s ready. Just ridiculous.

Overall experience is terrible. Every time I send a prescription to this location it takes way longer than expected. For instance, called a prescription in at 9:35 from the doctor’s office in temple. Drove to pickup soup and showed up to pickup the prescription at 11:30. They haven’t even touched my ticket and it will be 2-3 more hours. This is consistently the service I receive at this location. I’ll be switching where I get my prescriptions filled!

The communication is horrible The customer service is horrible if I could give zero stars I would they don't even deserve a rating The fact that I come and try to pick up my children's medication and it is wrong for 4 days in a row and then they tell me that I have to take it upon myself to figure it out and then I ordered medication and they sent me the wrong damn thing so whenever I ask them about it they act like they didn't do anything wrong and then they gave me medication that my insurance in cover and tell me I had to pay for it whenever clearly it was stated that I never even placed the order it was completely wrong

I would give 0 stars if I could. I pulled up to the Pharmacy to get my sons medication at exactly 7:59 pm I called to confirm that they had my child’s medication and the tech tried to say he didn’t have it then at 8 pm admitted he had the medication and refused to give me my child’s medication claiming they were closed when I was already in line. Worse customer service experience I have ever had. I asked for him to transfer my son’s medication to another location due to the poor customer service experience and he hung up on me.

This place used to be so great. However in the last few months it sucks being a customer here. They take forever to refill your prescriptions and are very condescending when they tell you you're going to have to wait longer than expected. I have even called and asked if my prescription is ready and was told yes, then I show up and still have to wait another hour. Not to mention that there are some medications that they just won't ever get, due to supply issues. They need to get their stuff together. Seriously disappointed in HEB lately.
