For the past several years I've been using curbside service at a different location and recently switched to this location in hopes of a better experience. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with the curbside service personnel at the Trimmier location and I'm so thankful for them. The previous location I used literally had issues every single order. This location seems to be much more organized and well run. Going on a month now of consistent, courteous, and accurate orders filled here weekly.

I LOVE this H‑E‑B, but y'all HAVE to get the pharmacy techs in the drive through some help! They are awesome and work hard, but they need help during these rush hours. I have never seen it take this long. 2 lines backed up for 30 minutes. no one in the line IN the store and no one helping her. I'm sure there is a LEAN strategy to help shift workforce around during rush hours.

Management appears to not care about lines after 7pm. Every night it's the same backup. They allow someone with 50 items to get in the express line with those of us with 7 items.

really upset that I was told today that I cannot go through self checkout with my 82 year old dying from cancer mother because together we had 21 items. half were hers and half was mine so 3 customers in selfcheck was to busy for us to do our own check out. the girl even called the manager. wow so I asked even the elder and handicap? she said everyone. you cannot deny a customer. we didn't do anything wrong. plus we did the work all they did was tattle and run their mouths. Oh by the way there's p*** and what looks to be blood and who knows what else on bathroom doors and floors.

I feel that it’s racist that you employ oriental people to prepare the sushi and fish type foods. Why not employ other nationalities? Other than that the staff is great and have a sense of humor.

Pharmacy needs serious organizing of workflow. Those getting Covid vaccine are told to get in same line as those picking up prescriptions. What is the purpose of making appointments, then? By the time you get to the window, you're 30 minutes past your reserved appointment time. What about those who need to get back to work?!? Establish a designated line for vaccinations with dedicated staff. Geez, is that so difficult?

This is my "Go-To Pharmacy." I use GoodRX. If you look at all the other pharmacies in the area (i.e.: CVS, Walgreens, etc ...) H-E-B consistently has the lowest prices on medications. Additionally, they have lower prices ... all over the store. The staff are friendly, I love the self checkout lines, and I especially love their sushi bar station. I highly recommend. 5 Stars!

Parked in handicap parking by the pharmacy doors. I was having an extreme pain day and had to run to the pharmacy and they did not have what I needed which is okay. I was limping and went back to the doors and the employee would not let me leave. Said I had to goto the other side of the store to leave. Lady i am in extreme pain. I parked in a handicap spot so I could take the least amount of steps as possible. That is why i was given a handicap plate. And your making me walk all the way to the other side of the store to leave and walk all the way back. I was in so much pain it was ridiculous. And then she says oh its always been like this. No it has not. I have lived here and shopped here 10 years. I will be taking my buisness to cove heb. At least they remember how to treat their customers with respect.

I usually shop at My
[email protected], I came to this location Trimmier H-E-B to pick up items for our convenience store, nowhere were signs indicating a limit except meat items and water, I grabbed 6-2-liters of coke 7-up, 2-H-E-B brand bread, 6 small tubs of H-E-B butter,and 2 boxes of cereal, and 6-8 packs of bar s bologna,No problem. This was at around 9pm? I go back next day to pick up 6-8 loaves of name brand bread, 6-8 packages of bar s hot dogs, 6-small tubs of name brand butter,again no limit signs anywhere except on meat items and water, I get to checkout line,cashier says, I believe there is a limit,calls new young manager and he says sorry. I told the cashier (Kenzie) I didn't want any of the items and she proceeded to ring everything up anyway,I just payed and told her if H-E-B would work with local businesses a little better than this especially during this epic snow storm, the communities would be and do better. Also informed her I would never return to this location, and I will not. The next day I visit my H-E-B on Stan Schluter and same as trimmier location , limits on meat and water. Had no issue. I find it very concerning that limits apply only on certain shifts, certain hours at H-E-B trimmier location. I'm just saying H-E-B needs to work together with local businesses during a crisis so we together can help our communities. All we wanted to do was get a little stock until God knows when we will get normal deliveries again for all the mom and pop local businesses. We love our community, our customers, and will go out of our way to get our customers their favorite munchies, snacks,smokes. Love my @H-E-B Stan Schluter

Management team is great at what they do and do it with pride. With so many different car wash places around here I’ve tried almost all and will continue to use Today’s Car wash on my Jeep. Always clean and smells nice inside after going through the tunnel.
