Adam, Boyd, and Frank did my PCS move into my new home in Texas, and saying they did an amazing job would be an understatement! They handled my things with care as if it were their own, and were kind! They also assembled anything that had been disassembled. They were awesome! Thanks guys! Edit: Paula and Amanda came and did my box removal and were awesome! I was running a little late because I had forgotten I set the time up and they were very accommodating and understanding. Nothing but good things to say about this company

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. We had a PCS move from Texas and our pack out was beyond awful with this company. Everything from having upwards of thousands in claims to having the driver throw items at me. The professionalism is definitely not with the crew we had (could “maybe” be different with other crews) but I did not appreciate all the disrespect and cussing this crew brought into my home and blamed my family for but this family does NOT recommend Apple moving in our opinion.

We are PCSing. Army hired Apple Moving to do the packing portion (possibly the moving portion too.).
Originally we had a 3 day assignment or pack our 4 bdr,/2 bath little less than 2000sq ft home. The beginning of the week they called and ask if they can cancel one day and just do it in 2. We said sure as long as it gets completed we don’t care when/how. 8am sharp 3 women show up to pack our house. They packed for 10 hours straight, no breaks, no food. I overheard a phone call where they were told to do the whole job in one day because they were over booked, (probably underpaid too, because that’s how it goes.). While the ladies did an excellent job and were kind. I am appalled these women were for forced to work so hard for so long. Apple Moving needs to do better. This should have been a 2 day job. Not a rushed 1 day!
Im giving 4 stars because the ladies were fabulous but the company seriously screwed them over.

This is my first time using movers, but after my last move I swore I’d hire movers from now on. MOVING SUCKS lol. The crew they sent was amazing! Friendly, professional, funny and FAST! They chatted and cracked jokes. Best of all they didn’t nickel and dime me. They hold the quoted price plus 10% which I, honestly, believed was their tactic to kind of make you okay with paying more than the quoted cost. But it wasn’t! I ended up spending a lot less than the original quote and tbh, I was already okay with the pre authorized amount. 10/10 would highly recommend. Definitely going to them again when I move again.

Larry and his crew were wonderful! They took great care of moving all our things, especially our piano, which they had to move into a room that was not easy to get it in to!

The crew from Apple Moving that delivered my household goods did an amazing job. All three of them were extremely polite and friendly while they worked quickly and efficiently to download my belongings. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend their services.

the assigned crew members Bria and Shawntiana showed up on time and ready to work, they handled my move with ease at every step of the way along with the inventory paperwork, highly recommend there services.

The movers were mostly good, except for the fact they unwrapped every box I had already packed which took me hours to do (without even asking me if it was ok I might add). Some of the boxes they repacked damaged some books by being bent.

They missed a lot of our stuff when they packed. They forgot to pack some of my daughter's toys and some books as well as other smaller items.

Always have been subject to a couple hour or so wait to load or deliver a shipment here. Staff and people have always been nice and cool, just that wait can be a pain.
