We were in a bind with having to move last-minute due to a problem with our rental. The employees at Hallmark Self-Storage stepped up and helped us with the storage units that we needed in order to have a successful move with ease of mind during a trying and stressful time. They were courteous and professional; and they went above and beyond to be there for us in our time of need. Thank you, Hallmark! :)

Hi, I am a Retired Lieutenant Colonel and have been a customer of Hallmark Mini Storage for approximately 7 years. Hallmark Mini Storage has treated me very well! They’re customer friendly, they’re always courteous and I have not had a bad experience dealing with the staff. In fact, the staff has bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and requirements because of their willingness to work with me they have earned a customer for life.
I currently have multiple units with them And I travel extensively. I have never had an incident with my property and have felt completely safe and secure during my rental time there. The Management staff has always been military friendly and the opportunities for discounts have been taken advantage of by me multiple times. The Best feature for me at Hallmark Mini Storage has been The variety of storage units that have come available to suit my specific needs. There is absolutely no storage facility between Belton, HARKER Heights, Killeen and Coppers Cove where you can get 10‘ x 30‘ unit For less than $125! There prices cannot be beaten! And that is why they are often at Max Capacity! Lastly… some Of The previous customers have commented concerning rodents… To be fair, I have seen some in and around the units. Once again to be fair, I have seen the working condition dramatically decline on a few automobiles that the owners have elected to purchase an “outside-gated” storage area at Hallmark Mini Storage that were damaged by transients. I sympathise with those owners but…to be fair, I was given that option as well but decided to store my vehicle under lock and key. I have had no issues! I know for a fact that the new leadership and Management have upgraded the security camera system and I have not seen any further incident. Hallmark Mini Storage is a locally run Storage facility Tailor- made for your deployments, TDY moves, as well as your PCS move. I highly recommend their facility.

I was welcomed by an employee Aaron and he was so delightful. I was having a real bad day so I know my energy had to have been off plus Texas heat doesn't help and by the time we got done I was smiling. He was professional and very understanding to my situation and helped me pick my unit which I am more then happy with. I usually don't bother with a review but he was a very outstanding young man and love seeing him and his pleasant attitude I'll never go to another storage unit. Prices are great employee fantastic all around a 5 star in my eyes

I was able to get a unit quick with them. There is a gab on the side walls at the top and at the bottom of these units.i was finally able to get a truck and help to get my property out of this unit. When I got my things there was rat feces everywhere. Rats had eaten through my my rubbermaid containers. Nobody is ever in the office if you ever have to go to unit alone make sure to take someone with you.
