“I just love shopping at HB, they always have what I'm coming in from, and if there isn't something I can't find, there's always someone near by to assist with a smile.”

“Our team needed a going-away gift on short notice after another business made several mistakes. Since we needed it the very next day, we went to multiple locations looking for help, but no one was willing to assist. When we arrived at Diana's Flags & Guidons, the experience was completely different. Their willingness to help was outstanding. Not only were they able to make all of the necessary corrections, but they also had every image we needed to complete the project correctly. They made every correction while we waited, without hesitation, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to save our gift, and we couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend Diana's Flags & Guidons to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.”
