I always find what I am looking for which is usually something specific. Never had a moment where if I asked for help I felt like I was bothering someone. They are always willing to chat with me and very customer friendly.

Had a bad experience today at Hot Topic. Their clearance said "buy 1 get 2 free" on their clearance t shirts. I founs a shirt I really liked. Marked clearance in Size Medium. I found a small one of the same shirt that wasn't marked clearance. I asked the employee and she said "yes that one is also on clearance". I found 2 more shirts on the same clearance rack to add to the deal and went to check out. SUDDENLY the shirts ARENT on clearance anymore and are full price. Excuse me? They are in clearance. Labeled clearance. AND I CONFIRMED BEFORE GOING TO CHECK OUT. but no. They wouldn't honor it. If I had known this from the beginning I wouldnt have wasted my time there. Horrible customer service.
