Will never be filing with H&R Block again after this experience was over charged - $425 and given attitude by DAulon. You are better off filing on your own or speaking to someone through the app if you need it done it will be cheaper and will do it right

262 dollars the my first taxes advisor didn't respond to or gave me updates . It took 2 months I had to call . Then had to explain like 6 times . Final got someone they this is where I'm not mad the person I got she did great . The got my documents got me it in like 1hr done . The charged me 262 dollars is crazy

Daulon Henderson is an amazing person. She always greets us with a hug, smile, and big personality. She is fast and does a great job getting us the most back on our refund. I absolutely love her and will always go back to her for our tax needs!

D'Aulon is the sweetest and most fun Tax Professional I have ever met! She is great at what she does and she makes the process fun and easy! My husband and I have been going to this location for a few years now and we always walk out knowing we are getting everything back possible. I always check TurboTax and whatnot afterwards, and our refund is always more from H&R than what we would have gotten if we prepared them ourselves, even after paying the preparation fees. It's always fun to see the difference after we get them done and makes me feel good knowing that H&R really does go above and beyond to get you, your maximum refund!

Ms. Leonard my tax professional was very nice knowledgeable about my taxes. She did an outstanding job helping me with my taxes. The tax office was very warm and welcoming to the customers that came in. I recommend the office be recognized for the outstanding work they do. Keep up the outstanding job they are doing.

I’m so upset with their service. Never going back there again. will not recommend to my worse enemy. In February, i had an appointment and the receptionist asked if I wanted to dropped off my w-2 , which I agreed to do . I’ve been waiting extremely patiently for a tax pep give me call with some updated information . I called a couple of times and I kept getting the run around, it seems like she was always at another location. On my H&R Block app the status of my taxes was “it’s being worked on. In April i finally went up there and asked what’s going on. Apparently no one has my w-2 or made me a folder. The question is where is my copy ?! Why nobody told me this over the phone . Now I want to cancel my service . The receptionist had ask a tax pep about my w-2, Debbie Sanchez , and she made a rude comment about myself that I didn’t appreciate. She nor the staff members was no assistant at all . So I asked for an Error and Omission policy before I left and they gave me a drop off packet . So I was left with nothing again. My service wasn’t cancel or nobody seems to care to know where my w-2 went. So I left with nothing , no questions answered .

Didn't seem like she has done taxes for a long period of time. I could've done them myself and saved money. Didn't mention any tax deduction or seek to find any that I know of.
