I went up there to get my car Diagnose, and had transmission problems. They told me the problem but never called me back to let me know about finding me a transmission or anything. I called them 3 days later, still haven’t looked for one. Never got a call back for anything.

I've been going to this shop for nearly 10 years, and I can honestly say it's the only place I trust completely. That level of trust means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate having a shop like this. The prices are reasonable, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The customer service is phenomenal—Michelle, in particular, always blows me away. I don't know how she does it, but she remembers my name, my vehicles, and even my warranties every time I visit. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop with such genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Their services and pricing have been unmatched anywhere else. Repairs that were estimated at other places closer to me were thousands above what Integrity charged. I am definitely willing to drive an hour for them to take care of my vehicles.

My family and I move around a lot (military). It is VERY hard to find an auto repair shop that
you can trust AND has excellent prices. Integrity Automotive has both. If you are new in town or just have never tried them, I HIGHLY recommend you check them out!!

They are great. Thank you Michelle, Miranda and Ozzie, you took all the time to explain everything to me. They are so very trustworthy. They repaired what was required and didn't add extra repairs that weren't necessary. The price was remarkably reasonable and the work was excellent. I will always go there for my automotive repairs.

Integrity has no integrity. Wanted to charge me $6,600 for a broken timing belt. Said I needed a whole new engine. Always shop around people.

They did the valve covers on my 1500 Ram and got it done in a timely manner and kept me updated, works held up, honestly can’t ask for much more. Really solid folk
