As a recent tenant who has vacated the premises, I would strongly advise prospective renters to consider alternative options. Following move-out, the company requires professional carpet cleaning and pest control services, which must be sourced from their approved list of providers and no one else, so expect high charges. Furthermore, they will invoice for all expenses, including those unrelated to tenant actions and previously reported via photographic documentation on their website. Despite thoroughly cleaning the property from top to bottom and leaving it with minimal wear, the company asserted that it did not meet their standards, even though it was in better condition than when we first occupied it. Prospective tenants should exercise caution when dealing with this company.

Shout out to Jim Wright company I was confused on where to go, but the moment I stepped in Jim right everyone was so nice and it was so pleasant. Miss Evans helped us every step of the way she kept us up on everything that we needed to do for the approval. I was so excited after being approved. Approved in 2 days. I recommend Jim right if your house hunting I’m currently renting. I’m hoping that they would help me when I get ready to do my buy process.

JWC is the worse place to rent from!!! They don’t handle complaints, me and my husband had asked to have our carpet replaced the whole time living there they refused and said they wouldn’t until we moved out we hired professionals to clean it and even cleaned it ourselves and it still wouldn’t come clean. They refused to replace broken things. The unit was horrible and old. When we moved out the decided to charge us for carpet and put an eviction on us even though we moved out before we were supposed to. They decided not to renew our lease due to the fact they wanted to renovate it and sale it but gave us $4000 worth of charges after the unit was clean and sanitized. They gave us 30 days to move we moved in 15 days. Just a horrible place to rent from they just pop up no notice or just barely any notice at all. It was the worse experience ever
