Everyone here was so kind and compassionate when we had to put one of our pets down last week. From the person who answered the phone and managed to fit us into that day's schedule to the vet tech/asst. to the doctor, we received excellent support during an emotionally difficult period.

Dr. Jones is the most insensitive veterinarian in the area. After taking my Parvo pup there for treatment and being refused care, I would not suggest that anyone go there for pets care. Luckily I found wonderful care at El Centro who has been a great home for me and my furr babies ever since. If you want quality care, empathy and reasonable prices, don't come to this clinic EVER!

I can't speak to their animal care, because I didn't make it past the waiting room. Staff did not respect social distancing, at least one was walking around eating food and not wearing a mask, and several others weren't wearing masks properly. If they can't take the health and safety of humans seriously during a worldwide pandemic, I can't trust them to take the health and safety of my dog seriously. I've lost enough humans this year. I don't think I could handle something happening to my dog, too.

Today was one of the toughest days a pet owner could ever have. Today we said goodbye to one of our furbabies. Everything was fine until it was time to put in the IV line in our Flopsy's leg. The tech was done wrapping and she was about to flush the vein with saline. My wife has been very sad and crying all day, She was concerned when the tech was about to pump the saline in and my wife asked, "And that is?" The tech answered abruptly, "This is the flush. I will not -...(intimating she will not put in the anesthetic) I am a professional!" Really? I don't think so ma'am. You are rude and an a******* You do not need to be the one dealing with people that are crushed and hurting. The rest of the staff and the Vet were more than understanding and helpful. BTW this our first visit here. This will be our last. We have three more puppies - at home and still looking for a veterinarian home.

It was very easy to get a quick appointment when my cat was seeming ill, and the staff and vet were all very helpful and friendly! A bit of a wait time when I got there even with an appointment, but overall it was as good an experience as a trip to the vet can be

This is the 3rd vet to lie to me. I dont know if it's the CV panda going around that's making them try and scratch every dollar put of people, but I'm tired of spending $55 just to find out I'm going to be deceived. Called them to make an apt for a tumor on my dog. I know it's a tumor, shes old, it's pretty breed specific...and I've been to 2 other vets that have diagnosed it. She needs a lumpectomy or mastectomy, whatever the vet feels works best once they get her open. She had a surgery last year at my 1st vet, and the vet did a bang up job after I denied consent to all the things they "recommended" like heartworm tests, updated shots ( i do those myself), a biopsy, just a bunch of garbage that had nothing to do with the surgery. Took her to my 1st vet, and now this year all this garbage is mandatory. I left. 2nd vet did the same thing. And now this vet, the 3rd one, just did it. I. Called and told them these stories, and was assured by the lady on the phone that I could deny consent for anything I didnt feel the dog needed. Got there and the vet told me she needed bloodwork before surgery and said it was mandatory. I asked why, and she said because it was mandatory, like I was some kind of idiot. I again, and more emphatically asked why, and she said to see if she would survive being put under. I said if she dies on the table, she dies on the table. Vet again says its mandatory. I asked her if she pulled the records from my previous vet for the surgery she had last year. She thumbs thru the papers and finds no record of a blood test for THAT surgery, but now its mandatory. Deceptive? You be the judge. Off to the 4rth vet.

We've been using Killeen Veterinary Clinic for 10 years and have never had one problem. Dr Buckley is probably the most knowledgeable and caring vet in Texas. The entire staff is professional, helpful and concerned. They have taken the best care possible of our two yellow Labs & our cat. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

If I could give negative stars I would. Who ever works the phones ESPECIALLY this WEDNESDAY MORNING AT 11 AM AUGUST 21ST 2019 was by far the rudest lady I have ever talked to in MY LIFE. Literally having an emergency trying to see if I need to take my dog in or not and you have the audacity to be rude? About my dogs health? Called another vet place immediately after hanging up and had a completely BETTER experience with them as they're taking care of my dog right this second. If you don't know how to handle customers that are having problems with their pets then don't work at a Vet Clinic. Don't you ever "excuse me?!?" Not another customer ever in your future when they're having a panic attack about their dogs health. JUST PLAIN RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

My dogs have been under the care of this clinic for the past 12 years. We are relocating and I am hopeful that I can find another Veterinary clinic that is as good. Two of our dogs reached a ripe old age and have passed on. They both had conditions where they might have died much earlier were it not for the excellent care that Doctor Jones gave them, including surgeries. We now have two other dogs that have received the same quality care. We are sad to leave such a great clinic, but, wanted to leave a parting thought about how great they have been for us and our pets.

I purchased a Doberman puppy from a fellow veteran in Harker Heights. As part of the paperwork needed to transport her home to Tennessee, Delta required their Veterinary Health Form to be filled out and signed and an interstate health certificate to be provided just in case. The VHF simply asked whether the dog was up to date on her Rabies vaccination and asked the name/address of the veterinarian that provided it (her attending rDVM). That was all it required. It was explained to the Veterinarian at KVC that Delta permitted the in-cabin transportation of service dogs under 2 conditions put forth by Delta regulations and the Air Carrier Access Act -- that the dog is a trained service animal in accordance with ADA definitions, or the dog is a service dog in training that is either traveling with a professional trainer to the new owner, or is traveling with a professional trainer to the training location. It was further explained to KVC that this puppy is a service dog in training to replace the previous service dog who was now deceased, and would be traveling with the owner to her home in Tennessee. In addition, that said owner is a disabled veteran (rated at 40%) who used to live here in Killeen and was assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division (2BCT), who also happens to be a Licensed Veterinary Technician, traveling with her Veterinarian husband, and who has 13+ years experience as an Animal Behaviorist and would be training her own service dog -- as is fully permitted by ADA regulations. Thus this particular transportation was well within Delta regulations and ACAA regulations. The application for transportation itself was already approved by Delta. Yet despite all of this information and provided hardcopy proof of disability, licensing, etc, KVC refused to sign the necessary form. While this in itself isn't necessarily the end of the world and within the doctor's right, her accompanying comments were entirely unprofessional and disparaging to the credibility of a fellow veterinary professional as well as a disabled veteran. The doctor stated in no uncertain terms to the breeder that she "felt I was cheating the system" and "attempting to sneak through a loophole". Absolutely uncalled for, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I cannot speak to the quality of care nor medical capability of this practice, and generally do not review fellow VetMed professionals out of courtesy. However, given that this practice is located in a city adjoined to the largest military installation in the U.S. and treats pets owned by MANY of my active duty and veteran brothers and sisters -- I personally would not choose to bring my pets to a practice that treats fellow veterinary professionals and veterans in this manner. (For the record, the breeder made a same-day appointment with another Veterinarian -- Dr. Camielle Carela at Aztec Pet Hospital -- who had no issues filling out and signing the necessary forms, was extremely professional, and will be seeing all of her dogs from hereon forward. Delta had no problem whatsoever with the transportation of the puppy. She slept soundly on my lap through the 2-hour flight to Atlanta and through the 30-minute flight to Chattanooga, and has been progressing through training like a pro ever since.)

BRAD BUCKLEY DOESN'T GET MY VOTE TODAY. ONCE AGAIN CHARGED UP THE YINGYANG . QUOTED 275.00 AND PAID 430.00 . READ BELOW PLEASE. LOWERING THIS TO A 1 STAR.As much as I would love to 5 star them for their service their prices stop me in my tracks . Found an abandoned kitten on the side of the road and my humane efforts stop here. I heard the discussion on the other side of the door. I don't know what this bill would have been if I didn't leave. I was told to come in. Waited an hour to find out no one was available. Other vets will see an abandoned animal pro bono. A little concern would have been better. I brought my other cat here and it was a good visit. This one , very disheartening. I come from a town in Chicago where you even get the vet at home. Missing that kind of treatment for sure. So, I just came from having this little guy fixed and declawed. I was quoted 275.00. I JUST PAID A 430.00 BILL FROM ALL THE EXTRAS THEY ADDED. THIS IS A BUNCH OF BS YOU GUYS!!!!! HE HAD AN EXAM 3 WEEKS AGO TO GET PERMISSION FOR THE NEUTER AND DECLAW. 3 WEEKS LATER ANOTHER CHARGE FOR AN EXAMINE. This is twice now.

It's strange that reviews can't be posted for what happened to my dog at this clinic. But I will try again. Other vets. I took my dog to, afterwards, said they had never seen anything like it. No one could save him. He's dead--he suffered at the hands of Dr. Buckley. Cat owner, dog hater, and politician. Total cruelty. He's a smooth talker--but PLEASE don't take your pets there if you care about them! There is no way that so many things could have gone wrong at once...the guy is a masochist. Cruel beyond belief. This whole nightmare began when Dr. Murray in H.Hts. at Aztec, pulled my baby's knee cap out of of place during exam, and gave me " recommendations." What is boils down to, is that Buckley, "Quack", enjoyed hundreds of dollars I spent, and my dog is DEAD. (because of these two so called doctors.)

Front desk staff is rude don't speak when you come in. Stood at the counter a few mins and all she could say was the total. 45$ just for them to look at the dog the vaccine was cheaper lol. Don't waste your time here!
