Had to take a Pair of used Timberlands that they tried so sell me. Smdh. Dirt under the bottom sole and on the boot. The Timberlands had a crease and a boot cancer lump on the top of them. I thought that you guys supposed to inspect the shoes before sale. The dead give away was the box and the shoes was fully tied. Stay away from Here Just order off line.

Journeys in Killeen fails to contact the coustomer for product exchange. Horrible place to make business with and the coustomer service was unprofessional as the lady was not sure as what was going on. Her response was pretty rude and of course in the defensive. I personally called in two times prior to check-in on the product status, I was told that it was pending/ in-transit. I called a third time for an update and I was told the product was sold. Horrible Store!! Will never return there!

It's a mall. It has the usual things you'd expect except a lot of places are closed due to Covid. When you're visiting the food court be ready for an unpleasant young man at the Asian buffet, he's super rude and impatient, unfortunately I think he may be an owner so he'll be there for a while.

Mall is ok. Relatively clean. Just not a very safe place. If you're a woman watch out. Make sure you walk out with a group of people. The local cult around here will harass you in the parking lot and follow you to your car trying to get you to join their "church". Killeen has a pretty bad human trafficking problem and the mall seems to be a hotspot for traffickers to bother you. Now while all of these is not the fault of the mall, I just want to warn others. The mall could definitely up their security, at least on the outside. Always keep your eyes open if you're walking to your car alone. Stay safe.

The mall needs to be renovated. It doesn't have a good updated variety of stores to choose from. I would say for the most part it is clean in the mall.
