I feel as if I was borderline scammed, I will never go back to this dealership again. They do NOT honor warranties and will do anything and everything under the sun to get around having to cover anything leaving you stuck. Management/ Service advisors are passive aggressive in my situations they don't not really care to get back with me in a timely manner. I had my vehicle there for four days and the first two nothing was done just sitting there because my service advisor had called in sick and didn't pass anything along to someone else. Tried to speak with the manager serval times he would never call me back and was always "busy". Stay away just go somewhere else it's not worth the headache down the road.

Stay away!!! Once they get your money they could careless. I had a car one day and now have issues and no one is ever avail and no one wants to deal with it. They represent what is bad about all car dealers. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else

I was assisted by Steve Duran and Anthony Galick. Anthony is the GM at this location and has a lot of knowledge about all of the vehicles. I went in to trade in my Jetta which Anthony had sold me 3 years prior. Steve helped my husband and I pick out the most beautiful Volkswagen Atlas, and his attentiveness was very much appreciated. He was not pushy or fast talking like most of us are used to when stepping into a car dealership. I felt very comfortable making the purchase due to the knowledge Steve knew about the Atlas and the patience he had in answering all of the questions I had. If you're looking for a Volkswagen, go to the Killeen location and see Steve!

Worst service department EVER!!!Bought a used vehicle from Guiillermo, who WORKS FOR VOLKSWAGEN! Totally passed all his problems with the car onto us. Did not disclose any problems. So day by day, everything started going wrong. Did Volkswagen service dpt. tell us all at once? Noooo!!Every trip they piled the list up. Until this last trip came up to $11000 worth of items. We even purchased a warranty when we thought everything was fixed. Volkswagen took it upon themself to get our warranty canceled by telling them the vehicle needed a new engine!!!So car may be going to salvage yard at this point! And we still owe Volkswagen $500 just for telling us all the things they piled up on needed fixing in their eyes. We paid in $500 for warranty, only getting $260 back, paid $5000 for car!!What a lose, lose, lose situation!!And my husband is on disability!! Can't afford ANY of this!Killeen Volkswagen and Guillermo Phoenix warranty, way to take advantage of the public!!

I Just bought my son his first new car from Brian Barragan Vargas and Brian was outstanding! Probably the best sales person I've ever had! He and Killeen Volkswagen will be getting my business again! They are an outstanding dealership and I will be back!

I scheduled a VIP visit with the Manager, Tim Ward. I was shuffled around from one sales person to another. They told me the car was pulled up when I confirmed my arrival. The car was not pulled up. Raymond was assigned to me. He was great and did everything he could to save a deal. When the first pencil came out, there were add ons that were not disclosed to me from the beginning or advertised on their website. GPS for $1599, interior/exterior protection for $1299, tire and wheel for $899, and several others. They also didnt appraise my trade close to what they offered me online or with KBB. I provided a purchase order from another dealer that had appraised my trade for a certain amount and they were $4000 lower. Not even willing to match or come close when asked and provided a live appraisal.I asked for them to remove the products and try to get close on the trade. Raymond came back with the second pencil and the manager just dropped all the prices of the products and didn't move on the trade. This was a quick pencil, I crossed off all the products and again asked for them to match my live appraisal. This time the "finance manager" came out to talk with me. He said they have to keep the products on their, and they are not moving on the trade. As a concession he removed all the products except the GPS (discounted to $1299) and the paint/fab protection. I told the finance manager that they can not make me buy the products. He said, "you're right but I don't have to sell you a car." I asked if he wants to earn my business, and he flat out said NO.I got up pretty angry. I have been in the car business for almost 15 years and I have never seen this type of mentality or customer service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! On my way out, the General Manager, was trailing behind me. I stopped and asked him for his help to buy a car from them. He took me to his office and "showed" me his numbers. I knew they were trying to steal my trade and he tried every trick in the book to get me to commit. I almost did and then I realized that he still has the products I don't want in the numbers. He told me they don't make any money unless they sell the products and they aren't going to remove them. I felt bad for him and his store so I said ok, if you can beat my current loan approval you could earn my business. He shot gunned me to several banks and couldn't help. My girlfriend called because I was going to loose it on him, and he (The GM) just gave her every excuse in the book as to why he doesn't want to sell me a car.I filed a complaint with the Attorney General, and will continue to fight until dealers like this go out of business or are sanctioned from the government and the manufacturers.
