“Wow!! Coming in to town with a subpar laundromat in our hotel, My first option on google was WDF Express!! When I found out they pickup & deliver I said let me call!! I set up an account online and walked in about 4:00pm! Took about 45lbs, of a 6 day roadtrip/PCS with 3 kids, of clothes it was ready next day! The intake was super easy no hidden charges but offered a discount for 1st time customer in fact! Omar was pleasant to speak with and even gave me all the tips and tricks on main roads and stores too. When I picked up the clothes I was happy to lean his mother rang me up and she also was military affiliated and gave more great info!! Impressed is an understatement!! Ahhhhmazing fold job way better than I can do! Fresh smelling soft laundry! Family ran!! I will be back!”

“I hadn't had to go to a laundry mat in a really long time! I was amazed at this place. They have washers all sizes to fit whatever you need to wash. Coin operated with dollar to coin changer there. You dont have to get change before you go. They dryers are great too! It was very clean and had plenty of equipment to maneuver your laundry from car to washer to the dryer etc.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. They really know how to take care of their customers. I went in with the WRONG blouse for my uniform requesting a cleaning. When we noticed something was missing, Miss Kim was ready and willing to customize what I had in order to make it work for the event. Thankfully, that wasn’t necessary because I was able to get my hands on the right blouse to move forward with what I needed. When I did, she stopped what she was doing just to take care of me. Thanks to these wonderful people, I was able to walk in and out with exactly what I needed…stress free!Services: Clothes pressing”

“Best and cheapest laundromat around. Washer price starts at $1.75. Owners are friendly and go out of their way for customers. They keep it clean and are attentive to their machines. Refunded me my money when washer malfunctioned and offered my infant daughter a toy when she was upset! I definitely recommend this clean and affordable laundromat to any and all in the area!”

“Impressed with this small washeteria in a shopping center, shipleys, convenient store w gas station, smoke shop, nail shop, cumputer repair shop, liquor store. Thex washeteria was clean machines of all sizes n priced from $2 to $7 , $.25 cent dryers. ONLY quarters but a change machine takes $1,5,10,20 bills also had a atm but was out of service at the time. Has a restroom. Sufficient parking. Open til 10 pm”
“I go out of my way to return to VIP Cleaners even though I've moved to the far East end of Killeen. I watch the seamstress work and her exact Ness reminds me of my Grandmother's talent. My clothes and velvet duvet always look new when they are cleaned. I'm doing a pickup today and having a skirt repaired and buttons tightened. I recommend VIP to everyone I know, especially my soldier friends. VIP has good prices and IS THE BEST IN KILLEEN!”
“I’ve been coming here for at least 15years.(they had a different location). And I have to say these folks are fantastic! I lost my husband 8 years ago and I needed patches sewn on the uniform it was an emergency. My husband was being buried. I think like two days before I received his stuff from overseas these beautiful people agreed to sell all the patches on my husband’s uniform in one day they were getting ready to leave for vacation, but they made my husband‘s uniform priority, and that I will always be grateful, they do fantastic work. I’ve had articles of clothing dry, clean as well as altered and I’ve always received nothing but the absolute best work that I could ever ask for. So if you’re wondering if you should go here, I say yes.”

“I'll be honest with you...the place is falling apart. There are more washers and dryers out of order than in working condition. Ceiling tiles are damaged or have previously fallen out. The only reason I keep going is because of the manager Maria. Maria is a gem! She's helpful, friendly, and courteous. The owner needs to get his act together and get this place cleaned up.”
