“I hadn't had to go to a laundry mat in a really long time! I was amazed at this place. They have washers all sizes to fit whatever you need to wash. Coin operated with dollar to coin changer there. You dont have to get change before you go. They dryers are great too! It was very clean and had plenty of equipment to maneuver your laundry from car to washer to the dryer etc.”

“Best and cheapest laundromat around. Washer price starts at $1.75. Owners are friendly and go out of their way for customers. They keep it clean and are attentive to their machines. Refunded me my money when washer malfunctioned and offered my infant daughter a toy when she was upset! I definitely recommend this clean and affordable laundromat to any and all in the area!”

Ms Juanita was greeting customer, cleaning the floors the machines and greeting the customers , she has a great spirt and Great customer service skills she is the type of person that makes the Laundry day a place I want to go to. Please know that she is an asset to your company and I believe that she does everything the way she does is because she loves her job and customers. “Miss Jackie keeps the place clean. She’s great and nice to talk to Plus. The coin machine actually takes dimes and nickels in turns them into quarters just so you know in the top left-hand corner. I wanted to use the dryer and I had a quarter in my pocket two dimes in a nickel went to the coin machine thinking I was going to have to break a dollar and didn’t put the two dives in a nickel in and got a quarter hello”

“I go out of my way to return to VIP Cleaners even though I've moved to the far East end of Killeen. I watch the seamstress work and her exact Ness reminds me of my Grandmother's talent. My clothes and velvet duvet always look new when they are cleaned. I'm doing a pickup today and having a skirt repaired and buttons tightened. I recommend VIP to everyone I know, especially my soldier friends. VIP has good prices and IS THE BEST IN KILLEEN!”
“I’ve been coming here for at least 15years.(they had a different location). And I have to say these folks are fantastic! I lost my husband 8 years ago and I needed patches sewn on the uniform it was an emergency. My husband was being buried. I think like two days before I received his stuff from overseas these beautiful people agreed to sell all the patches on my husband’s uniform in one day they were getting ready to leave for vacation, but they made my husband‘s uniform priority, and that I will always be grateful, they do fantastic work. I’ve had articles of clothing dry, clean as well as altered and I’ve always received nothing but the absolute best work that I could ever ask for. So if you’re wondering if you should go here, I say yes.”

My husband actually sent me your way, raving about how quick you are, even if it means a slightly higher cost. I was in a bit of a rush and needed some alterations on few pair of pants, specifically adding a rank and name, and was hoping for either same-day service or a turnaround within three days.
I've seen some of the online comments regarding pricing, and I can understand why some might initially think it's a bit high compared to other spots. However, from my perspective, you really can't compare standard service with the speed and efficiency needed for an expedited request. Businesses absolutely deserve to adjust their rates for premium, fast service!
My bill came to around $160, and honestly, for the incredible speed and quality I received – especially for same-day delivery – I felt it was completely justified. The service I got was truly top-notch, and I'm really happy with the outcome. Thanks so much!

“I'll be honest with you...the place is falling apart. There are more washers and dryers out of order than in working condition. Ceiling tiles are damaged or have previously fallen out. The only reason I keep going is because of the manager Maria. Maria is a gem! She's helpful, friendly, and courteous. The owner needs to get his act together and get this place cleaned up.”

“Absolutely outstanding service! I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM for an engine bay detail, but he was able to get me in almost a full hour early, which I really appreciated. He originally told me the job would take about an hour, but he finished in what felt like only 45 minutes without cutting any corners.
The engine bay came out looking incredible. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. Fast, professional, and excellent quality. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend him to anyone looking to get their vehicle detailed!”
