My daughter went there for awhile, teachers and owners were great! She called her teacher her best friend. Loved the summer program. And I appreciate the uniforms, it made mornings so much easier

Many years ago, my son was physically abused at this daycare ?. The owner didn't care. My son had to have therapy due to the abuse. The teacher was hitting him with a toy drumstick. I took the owner to court and protested in front of the daycare.

Little Lambs has been caring for my son for the last 3 and a half years since he was 6months old. He was my first baby to ever attend a daycare so needless to say I was very worried about the care that would be given. I am happy to say that over the last 3 and a half years my son has always been very well taken care of and is learning so much and so well. My son was born just as the pandemic shut everything down so when he turned 6 months old everything was still under very strict covid guidelines and regardless of what was going on in the world I knew that Little Lambs would be open and their staff would make sure that my son was taken care of at all times. Thank you Little Lambs for taking such good care of my baby boy (and my school age daughter during the summer)!

This daycare is very low quality when it comes to friendly faces. My nephew has been going here for a year and they have a good system of keeping the kids in but the attitudes of the workers are bad and not welcoming. The front office lady is very standoffish and her tone is not positive in the morning for her to be the first face everyone see’s. This daycare has a lot of positives but they may need new workers because the attitude is horrible.

This daycare values money over the children’s safety. I expressed to them the lack of structure in my daughter’s classroom and the concern that the teacher was becoming frustrated and overwhelmed. Instead of taking what I said into consideration the owner Mrs. Joyce placed the blame on my daughter and accused her of hitting 4 other students while I was picking her up 3 months prior to this conversation. When asked for footage they were not able to produce it. I never was informed of this, had to sign incident reports nor was my child suspended for these “alleged actions”. The day after I brought concerns to the owner my daughters teacher was accused of hitting a student. I removed my child and they are reporting me to the debt collection agency for failure to provide a 2 week notice. I informed the owner Mrs. Joyce and the debt collection agency that my child was not there those 2 weeks and I was not paying due to my daughter being removed for safety concerns. I reported Little Lambs to CPS and submitted a copy of the report I filed to the debt collection agency. The owner Mrs. Joyce’s rebuttal was “This is not a safety issue, it is a payment issue”. Since my daughter was removed Little Lambs has been cited on 2 different safety related incidents by the Texas Department of Public safety.

DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD IN HERE. They hire just ANYONE. The teachers are literally hurting your kids. If you child told them about something, believe them!!

They have been reported many times for daycare teachers physically abusing children and are STILL in business. This is unacceptable!

Very bad team. They abused my baby there physically & the teachers shout at the kids. Owner is rude & mean. Please make reference to the “what’s happening in killeen/fort hood group” on FB to see what horrible experience other parents have with them. Worst school.

Academically my child has thrived. However, the constant turnover of teachers, favorites amongst children, at times utter disorganization is frustrating with this facility

My friend has a daughter, and he's thinking about pursuing legal action on the pos that work here. Apparently they spanked her hard enough to leave bruises. Don't go here.

It was not anything like I was told in the tour the Front desk lady was rude and they took my daughter out my arms I picked her up not even a hour later and she was still screaming the lady who was watching her didn’t barely speak English and told me she was not supposed to be in pull-ups I then was told I was having to pay now at desk and or my credit going to be screwed that I need to pay and I said no if I could give 0 stars I would THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS PLCAE
