Last Saturday we went to Lowe's to do the chalk board project . We were told the projects got sent to the Temple store. I tried to rectify the issue by offering to go to Temple to pick them all up so all the kids could do their projects. I was told that was not an option . However when speaking to Hayden , one of the managers , he let the kids pick out a kit they sale in the store and said that if the other kits come to the store they would call me to come pick up. Today Hayden called me and said they had some at the store for me . THANK YOU , THANK YOU Hayden , Mel and Reggie for helping us out !! Above all thank you Hayden for coming through so my daughter and her friends could build their chalkboard!! She absolutely loves it !!! Lowes has for the most part been very easy to work with and are willing to fix most issues I've had.

Didn't expect things to go the way it did but it's been a terrible experience. Four months after purchase is when the job was completed. Well, not even completed. Still waiting on items to be completed. Communication on every single level has failed. One dept blaming the other and here we are with a half done home. From the city inspectors to the company that was supposed to do the job to Lowe's and its employees. Cancelation after cancelation. No shows. No calls. If we hadn't paid outright, we would've just canceled it ourselves and definitely had chosen a different company. I've talked to 34 people. 34. Just trying to get an update. Information on what's happening. Corporate was no better. The lies and excuses. I mostly get the "thank you for being so patient with us" sent my way. I am patient. Pissed and patient.

I have had a wonderful experience with Lowe's in the process of renovating my home. Every employee has been amazingly helpful from the lady who assisted with my countertops to Jarrod today in flooring. I can say wholeheartedly that I have always been given assistance especially while looking like a lost lamb with three - four kids lol. Currently remodeling my guest bathroom. Master is next or maybe the kids bathroom. Thank you lowes employees for all your wonderful help.

We went to look at their Christmas decorations and they didn't have hardly any left. Apparently they had a per Christmas sale instead of a post Christmas sale

Clean and I usually find what I need. The place is always crowded though. It is wheelchair accessible and the entry doors are automatic motion sensored. It is difficult to find an employee when you need one.
