I was very happy with the results of the paint project. For the price I paid I really can't say much negative. I removed many trim pieces and accessories from the car prior to the project, I feel if I didn't do this they would not have. I wish there was a more expensive $4,000 tier where slight imperfections were ironed out during the paint and clearcoat process as there was clearly room for improvement; I was surprised they didn't offer me any upsells.
The only thing I would do differently is call the shop manager every few days to check progress. With so many cars to turn around I feel my project was low priority because I didn't stay on top of the situation. I would do this again, and I would recommend Maaco to other folks who need their car to be refreshed at an affordable price.

The customer service was great and they painted my car parts in a timely manner. Their prices weren’t bad either! If I ever need any other body work done to my car I WILL be going to them.

The team did a fantastic job you could not tell any difference in paint, even though it was a three day paint which is somewhat hard to color match. The price was extremely reasonable, and the quality was fantastic. The personnel working at the shop for professional, courteous, and extremely responsive questions were asked I could not have asked for a better Manager to help me through this process and technicians to complete an awesome repair

Ruben and his team did an outstanding job on my 2006 Tundra. They handled a full color change, and the results were seriously impressive. The paint job is clean, smooth, and clearly done with care and attention to detail. It looks like a brand-new truck! On top of that, the price was very affordable, especially considering the high quality of the work. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, budget-friendly paint job.

I had both my Vehicles painted at MAACO.
The length of time it took for both Vehicles (at different times) was a little lengthy. (the completion of the paint job)
I was told that they were short of staff after calling and inquiring. I did understand.
When my first Vehicle was completed I was satisfied.
I then turned in my 2nd Vehicle. I was patient and waited. When the Vehicle was completed I was again satisfied!

Second time using Maaco. Just keep up with time you are Scheduled to have a vehicle ready to be picked up when completed.

Just wanted to say thank you. So I went to get my car painted and it came out 2 shades lighter than what I wanted. The manager worked with me to make it right. We agreed on a fair price and they re did it. It is good to know that honest business people still exist in this world. Car looks great now. Terrance called me the second time after they put on one coat for me to come see if I wanted it darker. That was thoughtful of him. Shout out to the painter working with me asked if I wanted it darker and said he could do it. You did a great job on my car, thank you. Anyways I would do business with these guys again. Cheers
