Martial ZEN Killeen Academy is a wonderful family school that teaches Kung Fu and kickboxing to both kids and adults. The instructor has been doing this for a long time and is great with the kids, providing lots of positive energy, respect, and passion. Students learn structure, discipline, confidence, and respect for others. The academy fosters personal growth, transforming students into well-mannered and confident individuals. Both children and adults accomplish goals, achieve new levels, and gain life skills that extend far beyond physical techniques. Many find the experience life-changing, with the supportive environment positively impacting their lives for years to come.
I use to do kickboxing here and now my 5 year old does kung-fu here. He is a handful for sure. Sifu Henderson has been doing this for a long time and it shows. He is great with the kids. Lots of positive energy and respect.

Ever since my son has started at this academy, he has enjoyed coming to class and learning Kung fu. He has a great time and likes the instructor a lot. Looking forward to getting his black belt and see where it takes him!
