I'm going to start by smdh, it took them almost 8 days to do a 1 day job, in my opinion everyone that came in with dark skin had a problem with their repairs while ppl with light skin had no problems ??♀️ come on Mayo this is 2024 not 1824 get over it time to change ur ways family owners or not, in my opinion my car is doing things now that it wasn't before I took it there, I have covered parts but I pray I don't have to take it back there ????????????????

For the first time, I was very angry/disappointed with their services due to:
- A poor/wrong initial diagnostic which led to paying for an unnecessary service & parts purchase. Not impressed at all!
- The mechanical problem still persists.

I’ve had great experience with major repairs my vehicles. Labor is reasonably priced and they are always upfront about exactly which repairs need to be done, and which can wait. Specifically, Chuck has done great work on my truck and Xavier has done a lot for my SUV.

I had an issue with what I thought was my back tires turns out it was worse. Not only did they get my car in right away but went above and beyond to try and get it back to me before I had to leave out of town. They are all very professional and walked me thru everything every step of the way. Danielle was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was exactly what I needed and didn’t even know it. Thank you!!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Their mechanic neglected to tighten the bolt when they replaced the control arm on our family vehicle, and we’re lucky we weren’t seriously hurt. When we went in about their mistake, they refused to take responsibility. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

This was my first time in the shop and I was happy! I felt like the people were really nice and they took care of my car in no time. The two gentlemen who worked on my care (JJ & Chuck) were very professional, and customer service friendly! Shop looked clean first time there. I would take my car there again if needed!

Have been coming here for years with the same car that never had anything done to it but today shows I will not come back. I walked in and spoke to the gentleman he doesn’t even speak back just looks at me ( should have walked out then) I give him all that’s needed for my inspection. Waited less than 5 minutes comes back and says I fail because of my windows. Like how it never failed before and you have 4 cars out there with tint 3x darker than mine and now I have to wait 2weeks to go somewhere else to get my inspection done. Thanks

They keep your car without calling you on the updates on your car. They keep my car for 3 days and srill don't repair what was wrong. Bad service will not go back to them. Prices are too high...
