I wouldn't recommend Metropcs to NOBODY. I was told that a phone that I tried to and then cancel; that I would not be charged or be getting the phone because their system couldn't process the payment. I advised the rep that I paid for two other phone plans that same day and time and that all THREE charges was showing as pending on my bank statement. The rep promised me I wouldn't be charged and stated that the line was canceled and that it should automatically release my refund. So today I show the payment is showing as completed. I called them back and explained the whole situation to another rep and a supervisor named Eziel... he was very rude and did not even try to make the situation better... no credit...no sorry for THEIR mistake... and remind you im a new customer who just got three new phone lines for my kiddos! I record the call and would like to send it to someone higher up since the supervisor declined to provide me with the corporate contact information. The survey is a 3 question survey but it is designed to stop working after you give two low ratings. Please take your money to company who value their customers because this company is not it.

Carlos on stan schutler was a blessing! I wanted my son to have a phone for safety and he understood the assignment! Help me in deciding what I wanted. Was one of the best help from Customer service I received recently!

The BBB reports complaints about “unprofessional managers” what a coincidence that I currently have a snooty one on the phone right now. Every time I begin to speak, she begins speaking over me. Inbetween periods of lengthy silence too. So it’s no accident. I’ve been on the phone for 3hrs & 48mins. For the last 10mins of so, I’ve been muted.. she just unmjted the line long enough to let out a really big yawn & im back on mute. Now, while they can hear me as I type this review & document live, she still won’t respond or care. Oh look at that.. i struck a nerve and was sent to the Spanish line .. lol good think I’m bilingual, and I’m now I’m back at the main menu. it’s ridiculous to be sitting her playing like 4th graders. All I needed was to switch one phone sim to a new (old) phone & it is SO HARD for them. I’m blown away at the way I’ve spent my Monday evening/Tuesday morning. Unprofessional is an under statement & I wish I knew where their office was at, I’d love to get a face-to-face interaction and let them try to mute me then. Bamfc. Figure it out.

Hello Y'all... The associates at this Metro by T Mobile Store are Awesome. I feel Horrible for not remembering the name of the associate that helped me out, but she was Amazing... I needed a New phone and she got right on it, she was very Knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. I definitely recommend this Store to anyone needing a phone and Phenomenal customer service!!!

Keeping in mind that this is Cust Srvc over the phone; the store does fine:Worst customer service I've ever had. Poor administration management and continuity of customer care... Changed address 11 months before Ordering phones and twice, both phones sent to the wrong addresses and we were charged for them! Avoid metro and T-Mobile!

Mariela when I walked in asked how to help me, I responded with I needed to return something. She's asked where I got it, I told her Dallas and that I moved here a month ago and been in hospital last 2 weeks. She then asked me AGAIN where did you get it and where do I live. I responded with I already answered that which she responded, no you didn't.

Worst store ever. My friend wrote a review last night and they deleted it so that others couldn't see it. Stay away from this place. They are unprofessional and don't have any customer service experience.

So I went into the store tonight to ask about him upgrade which I'm qualified for. I had a young lady help me looking at some phones and prices for upgrade. As we were talking the other gentleman that was all the way on the other side of the store heard us talking and asked me what we were talking about. Not that it was any of his business but I set my father-in-law to a MetroPCS store because he needed help with a replacement phone he got from insurance and was charged a $20 activation fee. When I spoke with customer service they said none of the stores should be charging this because it was an insurance replacement and can simply be waived over the phone. That was not the end of it I also explain to him that I was looking at possibly buying a phone from Best buy and wanted to know if I put my chip in it is that all I needed to do since I was not getting it from T-Mobile I shouldn't have to pay it activation fee since it's already activated. He told me in a very rude voice that he would have to see it. I explained to him a friend of mine already got an upgrade that's what T-Mobile and got the same phone but I just wanted to know if I could use the chip. He again in a very rude voice says I need to see it. I left the store and called one of the other locations because I know all of these metros are authorized retailers and somebody owns them. I tracked down a manager who was supposed to call me by the name of Ariana. Needless to say she never called today and I suppose does not intending on calling.. I would definitely not go to this location because the staff there are very rude and unprofessional.
