Carlos was a huge help!! Thank you Carlos for your honesty and looking out for the customer and not just the sale. I live close to the Harker heights metro near HH Walmart and I had a horrible experience there and paid more out of pocket due to the lady manager only concerned about her number in sales. Will never go back to that store and would rather visit this small Rancier location every time for future transactions. Thank you again Carlos for peace of mind with my account and what I’m paying for my family’s phone bill.

Had a great experience with Erisel at the location at 501 Rancier St Killeen Texas 76541. She was the best, had such a terrible experience with the lady at the location at Stan Schulter location, in the shopping location with the UPS location, she was very rude, and the worst. I have dealth with her many times before and is always horrible, long hair, petite with extremely long nails. Every location needs an employee like Erisel, she did everything in her power, to make sure she had exhausted all possible reasons why my mobile data wasn't working properly, she called customer service, they troubled-shoted my phone, and was told to give all it an hour and the next day it is working perfectly. Thank you Erisel for letting me know their are still good people out there that care about their customers

My sister in law dropped her phone off at this location to Steven. She was told that he would be able to fix her phone. It has been over a month of back and forth and still no phone. She went up to the store multiple times to talk about the phone and has been given the run around. She has been given no receipts and told she could only use cash for the transaction. Please don’t go to this location, and do not trust Steven with any business. He has “banned” my brother and my sister in law from the location and will not allow them them to pick the phone up. Very unprofessional business.

They really banned my wife from this location. She went there over a month ago to get her phone fixed. Every day it’s something else on why the phone couldn’t be fixed. Seems pretty fishy. She went up there with her friend to see if her phone is ready. Being the point of contact for my wife I woke up to a text saying that she is not allowed inside that branch of the Metro store. Being intimated by my wife and a 4’11 woman is crazy.

Came to this location in killeen after a long day of work asking for c port charger. The cashier grabbed the the c port wire alone and failed to mention it was two different purchases(she held on to the item the entire time and I didn't realize til after I purchased it). Then I asked for a refund and she said all sales were final. So i purchased the second item since i desperately needed a charger. Worst transaction I've came across in my military career while here in killeen, Texas.

If I could give it negative stars I really would… customer service was for the birds I pleaded to get help .. it was 30 mins before losing and the rep literally closed the door in my face!!! And that’s why I’m never coming back to this company

Let talk about customer service, Jackie and Terry was more then helpful when my phone's was stolen, I was stressed out about it , both went out of their way to help me clear up my mess, I've been with Metro for years, yes I recommend Metro PCS to everybody, Customer service is awesome and you can't find that anymore, thanks Jackie and ,Terry job well done, I hope and pray that Metro raise you up and increase your pay, For Real! Thanks ?

I've done a lot of shopping around for phones and finally stopped in today to my current phone company to check on some deals. I was provided excellent customer service and advised that Metro had a unbeatable value where they give you one phone line and another free by signing up. When I was told my total bill amount would for four lines and the price to get two new lines added, I had to take the deal. There is no other phone company offering would T-Mobile is providing here at this location being merged with Metro. I am delighted with my purchase choice and will continue to be a Metro customer. I would have advise anybody on any other phone plan to come over to Metro because this is the place. No one else is giving you unlimited talk data and text messaging for the low rate that Metro is giving it to you for. Everyone can find an issue with any phone company as far as service. Still, when you talk about the quality of the product and people caring about you, this company gives you all of that in an adorable bundle package for an excellent price.
