Horrible service
I was over charged for simple pedicure and tech would not listen to my request
I don’t normally get upset but she was upsetting
She played a game with numbers
Her first attempt was to charge for pedicure and refill on feet then when I said just simple pedicure and gel, she still charge me the same price of what she suggested I get for new set and pedicure

Great location, helped me with 2 ingrown toenails... Immediately felt relief. All you gotta do is ask. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Price is well worth the service provided. 5 stars

I came in for my scheduled appointment with Lily and even arrived 30 minutes early at 5:00 PM. To my surprise, I was told she couldn’t do my toes and that I would have to come back in two hours. What made the experience worse was being told in front of other customers, that I was “too picky” to be serviced by the manager. It was incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for. The only reason I remained calm was because I had my son with me. I’ve never been treated so rudely at a nail salon. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism or respecting

Nails were cute but… they left a hair in my nail and I had asked if I could put an initial and told them where I wanted it they said yes. But when the lady came over she got an attitude and told me no no you can’t get one. I told her the guy had said I could she gave him the stickers of initials and told him to do it with an attitude. He than put it on the wrong place I asked him to put it. There was more little details to the stuff I asked that they didn’t do. Their wasn’t even anyone there and their was like 3 or 4 of them so there was no reason to get mad when I asked for an initial in the beginning.

Overall extremely disappointing experience. I wanted these for my nails (first photo) for my 5th wedding anniversary and the second is what I received. The tips are inconsistent and messy and not what I asked for. Not happy with the outcome whatsoever.
