Stopped in this morning to make a withdrawal and pick up some Check Book registers. Staff was very upbeat during my visit and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year as you left their work space. The receptionist sorry I can not remember her name and I apologize was very easy too talk to too and gave me all of the checkbook registers I needed. This is why I will not bank with anyone else for any major banking evolutions, have always done my car loans with them over 35 years worth. Can not go wrong with dealing with Navy Federal Credit union no matter where you do it in the United States. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I applied for a loan here my information was messed up by my helping members at the branch and they set me back about 2 months ruining my chances at a promotion and more. I’ve been banking for a while with navy federal this is by far the biggest mistake they have made. I would go to any other branch because they have working brains

y’all’s new 24hour deposit policy sucks. And everyone has rated y’all poorly due to it so if y’all want to keep your clients that use y’all as a financial institution I would change it back! Because it’s ridiculous for y’all to keep our money!

Had such an amazing experience here. Branch manager, Jeff Pace went above and beyond to help my husband and I get home for the holidays. This is what exceptional customer service is. ??

Supposedly Navy Federal Credit Union is a shared co-op bank with my bank from California. I went in today to open a new account with them and they said I have to have a relative in the military or was in the military in order to have an account for them I told him my father was a veteran and he passed away. Now, wasn't good enough

I had online issues so I decided to go in person. The customer service desk lady was very rude when I was trying to pay off a loan. I get sent through the tellers line to explain my issue and lack of knowledge in knowing how to solve the problem turns into rudeness because she was rushing to push me through. It would make more sense if they could sit down with me the same way they did when I got the loan. What a waste of my time, I'm back online figuring out myself.

Critical thinking is absent at all these locations. I'm amazed half these tellers can communicate and maintain a body temp in the upper 90s at the same time. I'm a divorced soldier trying to cash my 2020 tax refund that FINALLY came in. It has my ex wife's name on it. I can show proof she agreed to each of us getting our own state tax refunds. I can prove we are divorced and it's in the decree. No one will allow me to present these documents. No one will sit and listen or talk. Some teller has to relay information to me from some supervisor probably asleep in the back. So lemme do the leg work and have to wait God knows how long for it to be reissued. Thanks Navy Fed. Just like the military, you make simple tasks as impossible as you can. Basic, critical thinking goes out the window when words and numbers mix. Happily going over to USAA. I'll be shocked if NavyFed has as many brain cells as USAA has letters.

I have tried to get my Tax Form but they told me they cannot see my information in the system . I called customer service and told same thing that branch said , representative on the phone didn't understand why the branch staff could not see that information in the system.

I was going to become a member and being a Vietnam veteran they asked if I had an honorable discharge. I told them when I first got my dd214 it said honorable medical discharge. Then when I asked the military about the 4 months and days pay that they owed back in 1975, they changed my dd214 to failure to meet enlistment standards. So they wouldn’t have to pay me! Anyway Navy federal said if I didn’t have an honorable discharge I could not have an account there. Does that beat all, a man volunteer to go to war and this people tell me I’m not worthy! Well they can keep their bank and I would suggest no one should bank there!!!!
