It is with extreme gratitude that I must thank DVM Sarah Kwon and the staff for the kind, considerate, empathic care they showed me and our calico cat, Nefertiti, during a walk-in visit on Friday 9-18-2021. Difficult decisions had to be made and everyone there showed a level of concern rarely seen today. From the rapid response to a question on their webpage to helping me with the grief of losing a pet by little things like a staff member waiting with Neffi in the exam room while I checked out to carrying our pet carrier to the car for me while I carried her remains. I had never visited this vet clinic but in the future, they will forever be our vet.

All the staff members are kind and caring. They made the process of saying goodbye to my dear bunny as smooth & comfortable as possible. It only took one day for her cremated remains to be returned to us.

I scheduled an appointment, I showed up to that appointment and was told I did not have an appointment scheduled. I was told I would have to wait three hours or so since an emergency had came in. I have since made an appointment else where.

what had such a hard time getting help for our large dogs nail problem but this vet is amazing. the customer service was amazing and they did such a good job!

Professional treatment. Caring staff. My pets are over 10 which makes decisions concerning their wellness difficult.

Tested my pup for parvo, she showed no signs of parvo the vet tech was rude said she has parvo. The test looked negative to me. they made me prepay for my visit (never been there before). The vet didn't even examine my pup or touch her or even look at the test. Just took the techs word for it. we took her home quarantined her and she still seemed perfectly fine. Took her to another vet clinic and they confirmed she does NOT have parvo. I feel like El Centro just wanted $$. it's sad to see practices like this not truly caring about the animals. The vet was very dry and I felt like any questions I asked weren't answered and like I was annoying the staff. I'll never be coming back to this place. I WILL POST A PHOTO OF THE FINAL TEST IN THE COMMENTS THE TECH CLAIMED TO BE POSITIVE

Our family dog Prowler hadn't gotten very ill and didn't need to suffer anymore and the hardest thing you can do as a family is have him put down but, we googled for clinic that deals with veterinary euthanasia and El Centro pops up first I made the call the reception was great from the start to finish after explaining the situation, when we arrived everything was smooth and professional and explained by the Doctor who was awesome and made the procedure easy for us our prowler didn't struggle he went out peacefully like I hoped fur it hurts like hell but it was the right the decision to make and the right place to take him. Thanks again to the entire Team@ El Centro Pet Med. CTR
