DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE!
This lady ripped off my wife. She paid for alterations and the lady that works there took the money and DID NOT do what was paid for. Don’t go here! It’s very wrong what this business is doing. They did one alterations and my wife paid for two. Then said it will be more money to get the second one done. This was stealing.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!She lied to me!!!!! I am trying to prevent someone else from getting ripped off. I would leave zero stars if I could!
This is exactly what happened: I left two dresses to be altered and the front desk lady said it would be done in one week. I came back one week later to find one of the dresses was not finished. It needed the belt made (which was the main part of the alteration and very much needed to even wear the dress). I paid full price for these alterations ! I was promised that I “come back tomorrow and I have it ready”. I returned to the store two days later, two days, and the lady said,” oh it’s not done AND I have to charge you for the belt”! I already had prepaid for these alterations in full! Why was she charging me for something I already paid? She gave me back the dress with the fabric scraps. This does me NO GOOD. This is wrong and I’m NEVER TRUSTING THEM! Don’t get ripped off! Stay away Please please

Very friendly and helpful! Had a few rememberance pillows made from my late Sister in laws clothes for her children and they came out amazing! Thank you so much!! I really wish I got the lady's name but she was so sweet and patient!

They really went downhill since the owners changed. The girl at the front made unsolicited comments about my body and the owner seemed annoyed. Then when I came to pick up my alterations the lady could clearly see me standing there waiting to be acknowledged. The door has a loud cowbell when you walk in too. I stood there for about ten minutes. Even after saying, “excuse me ma’am”…she kept doing what she was doing while never acknowledging me. I walked out after being completely ignored and had to come back the next weekend since they close during the week before I’m off work. I was pissed. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Now I’ll be looking for a new place to get alterations after using this spot for over 15 years.

Had 2 pairs of pants hemmed for a total of $27. I appreciate them measuring the expected inseam and letting me know if that was okay. It was also completed in a timely manner.

If you guys are looking for basic measurements or someone to help you with measurements, this is the place. I've went to 4 almost 5 different alterations and sewing places out off almost 5 places, this place helped me. I needed measurements for my wedding dress, and I couldn't go to the one bridal shop here in Killeen because anything over 3 basic measurements was going to be charged. This place was quick and out.

Got my husband a hoodie for xmas & didn't realize that the brand runs super big. I brought the hoodie to the owner of the shop around 1:30pm for alterations and she had it finished by 4:30pm. I was expecting to have to wait at least a day since its so last minute & so close to xmas but she had it ready within the same day, I was so impressed! She did a great job with the alterations and her prices are more than reasonable. 10/10 recommend, I will be using her services in the future!

I have used OK alterations several times but this is the first time I have wrote a review. A little back story, I procrastinated on getting my uniform dry cleaned. I dropped my uniform of Saturday afternoon and asked if it could be ready by Monday. She the store owner told me yes after 5pm. Monday 5pm rolls around and I am stuck at work. I call OK and ask if I can pick it up at 6. She tells me they close at 6pm and she had an errand to run but said she would come back at 630pm so I can grab it.. 6:30pm comes around and Mrs. OK CALLS ME and of course I am still stuck at work but she knows I need my uniform for Tuesday morning. Mrs. OK says "Come back at 9pm and I will make sure you get your uniform!”.. Never in the time I have been stationed in Killeen have I experienced amazing customers service especially when she DIDN'T HAVE TO. Nothing that happened today was her fault and she did not have to care, but she did and I am forever grateful. Thank you Mrs. OK for helping me out today.
