I’ve had my stuff here for only a week and it already got broken into and they said it’s nothing they can do about it. I see other people had the same experience. everything is gone. i just find it crazy how my stuff was stolen and i was never notified of the break in.

Beware if thinking about renting from this facility, Recently my unit got broken into, its been happing in this facility for for some time, should of heeded the warning , been renting the same unit for 10 yrs.

Beware Beware ..Otter Self Storage on 5904 Vetarans ….Do notRent a storage from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY. The maintenance guy is breaking in the units and stealing. However, I am a victim and I’m leaving this review. If you got a storage now…you may want to keep a eye on your things….they are doing bad business now. They steal your things then say file a report, then call your insurance . It’s a non emergency so you won’t get any help and they know that. STAY AWAY FROM OTTER SELF STORAGE. I have been a customer for over 10 years and now they got just anybody doing maintenance. THIEF!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

1 visit to pickup a craigslist item. No on-site management. Renter had difficulty getting past the first barrier and phone calls were not effective. Caused us to wait 45 minutes in 100 degree plus heat.

I have been here since 1991 When it was privately owned by Bell Mini Storage I started out with $25 on each storage now. I'm up to $66 on 1 and $77 dollars on the other. I don't understand this why is the prices keep jumping up aint like you're all there to look out for the folk stuff. I know I will be looking for another Storage place. I'm am so frustrate with Otter Storage right now. And thank you kindly

I've had my storage unit here for almost 2 years. Never EVER late on a payment. I received a phone call that my unit was somehow not secured all of a sudden. Purchased a new lock and came back a few months later and miraculously there is a different lock that the company put on it but never received a call this time. Well, this time my storage looked like someone ransacked it! Since I knew not to put valuables in it, never thought someone would steal anything. To my surprise all my collection of shoes have disappeared. Who steals shoes! I'm so disappointed at the lack of security I thought I had been paying for all this time. IVE COLLECTED THOSE SHOES FOR YEARS AND THEY CAN'T BE REPLACED. I definitely will be working on finding somewhere else to store my belongings that appreciate the hard earned money I spend ON TIMEI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANY LONGERSTAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
