When I first purchased my unit with Otter Storage there was a bit of confusion, but with the help of an agent, they walked me through everything and was more than polite and provided excellent customer service. They truly do put the costumers first. Thank you for your empathy for your customers.
Update: i unfortunately had to drop this rating for additional fees i have been give for over a year. Firstly they accidentally broke my lock at my unit (that i personally paid for!) when i live out of state when they needed to get into someone else’s unit. They apologized, but still made me replace it with one of their locks and i have been paying an extra charge monthly for that. Like i stated, i live out or state and simply cannot change the lock myself. And i also was a victim of theft, and therefore needed a new debit card. I literally just received my new card about a week ago, and what do you know, there is a lien now on my account! $75 additional dollars. I did receive a nice representative on the telephone when i called that helped to the best of her ability, but the $75 lien remained. No empathy for their customers situations. And if you ask me, the lien should be cleared simply based on these monthly BS charges for forcing me to get an additional lock when their employees wrongfully broke into my unit. No worries this spring i will take a flight to Texas and personally clear the unit now. Literally, you have done me wrong multiple times. My bill has been paid, but please, do not try to call this time for me to change my review. The people deserve to see the truth and customers shouldn’t be coerced into changing reviews, even if you are a new business.

The representative was amazing. Her name was Silvia. She helped me navigate through all my issues. She was very friendly, kind and understanding about my situation. She helped in any way she could possibly. The facility itself is helping me in a timely matter and resolving my issue professionally. 10/10
