What a horrible experience we have had at this location in Killeen Texas they couldn't even fix our car the first time right then sat there a month before they even told us it was fixed when we went to pick it up we refused to take it because of the workmanship done by them at 2882 E. Veterans memorial Blvd in Killeen Texas our insurance company is no longer dealing with them and we are taking it to another repair shop to get fixed correctly Jason the manager at this place is very rude and was mad at us because of the work they did on the vehicle were a military family and it's sad how they just take advantage of our military people they still owe us money for a rental car and still haven't even paid us for that bill. Our platoon is aware of the services that they have given us and all the stress we have put up with this car went to them in May of 2024 and still hasn't been fixed because they now are refusing to fix it a second time and that's fine by us because they couldn't even fix it right the first time they have lost our business and also a lot of business Fort Hood also. It's almost August now.

Great place to take your car, great customer service, they will up date you on your car Tuesdays and Thursday and will answer any questions you have. Awesome job and keep up the great work.

Repairs were done right, no issues so far. However, when they reassembled the vehicle they failed to put back any of the screws that hold the molding and fender liners and when the vehicle picked up speed the molding came flying off the car. Mistakes happen but....

I don't get how this place has 4.5 stars don't fall for it messed up my car after I got into an accident my door was messed up and they took off my bumper for no reason and messed up my bumper I brought it back to then and they just put glue onto it. I showed my grandma and she said they did a good job on mine and I looked at it and her bumper wasn't on properly and was falling off also... my grandma is like about 80 years old and when I talk to her she often forgets things 10 mins later.... I Also had a friend that came here and gave this place one star for similar problems.... he reported it to his insurance and got his problems fixed after alot of phone calls and stress if you do not wish to go through the stress don't come here... after awhile I fixed the bumper my self because the glue held on for a month and found multiple missing plastic clamps they never put on or put wrong size causing extra problems. I have receipts of proof that they removed bumper also.

I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for damage repair. The staff are excellent and professional. The work performed was exceptional and my vehicle looks like it just came off of the showroom. I would recommend either shop.
