Our cargo trailer come off of the hitch ball on the tollway and bashed into the back of our new GMC Sierra Denali truck. The back sensors were damaged as well as other damage. I felt that even though it might cost more to take it to a GMC dealerships, we needed to get those sensors replaced and properly calibrated to get the backup warning, parking assist, and other safety systems to work again. Well Michael Smith gave me an estimate that included the new sensors that was competitive with a other body shops. And they didn't have the computer equipment to align the back sensors. We brought the truck in on a Monday morning, hoping that the repairs included painting and sensors would be done by Friday for a trip that needed the truck. Mike prioritized the work and had everything done by Wednesday afternoon. The truck looks like new and the truck no longer complains of the system's sensors. We were pleasantly surprised and would recommend working Mike Smith to anyone looking to repair a GMC vehicle.

We brought our Audi to the Patriot Collision Center, and their team did an incredible job repairing our rear end! It took us longer to get our ducks in a row and drop the vehicle OFF to Mike, than it did to have the repair done. Mike and Liza coordinated every detail with our insurance, and we couldn't be happier about our entire experience. We are thrilled. THANK YOU, Patriot Collision!

Mike was very helpful in getting my car back to me good as new! I took my car in and he was very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be fixed after my accident and outlining the costs of everything. Either Mike or someone on his team personally called me every couple days that my car was in the shop updating me on the status of my car and was very flexible with my work schedule. They painted the parts they had to replace to a perfect match and molded them the body of my car perfectly. Afterwards, when I was picking up my car, he let me know everything that they ended up doing and even gave my car a bath. Would definitely recommend this shop and their customer service. Uploaded a few before and afters

Update*****1/25 The manger Mike responded quickly last week to my google review! He spoke to my husband, apologized and waived some fee. Greatly appreciated! Went to pick up car last Friday on my lunch break, spoke to Mike in person and he apologized again. I was told is was gonna be ready the evening so I left work about 4:45 cause they close at 5:30. I didn’t leave til 5:45. I was late cause they were doing finishing touches spraying it down. Time for walk through, looks good until I saw all these tiny scratches on the NEW bumper?!!! It looks like the took it off and set it straight up on the ground?? You’ve got to be kidding me it wasn’t there last week! Liza said we can buff that right out, only three minutes, it was like 15-20. I took car it looked better but I neede to get back to work! My husband then came to test drive the truck, the first thing he checked was the power mirrors, The right side had almost detached from accident. The left one closed and the new right mirror did not close!!! We are furious! We returned my truck again! Going this morning to talk to Mike and anyone else in charge! I am now concerned on what else could they have missed or not checked!!****My experience in the collision department was not the best. My car has been in there since the beginning of November 2018. Had to go back and fourth with them on the status of my vehicle repair. Several times it was due to the non communication between them and the insurance company. I have been speaking with Liza over the few months to where she was nice enough to help me with a loner car and kept in communication with me, so no problem with her. She did contact me when there was issues or any discoveries that was found. One time I had to call insurance company so I can personally find out what was taking them so long to respond to the repair shop and was told they never received any new discoveries from repairs shop. So when I called they were able to connect, no communication like it should have been. When it was time to pick up my vehicle(1/18) after speaking with Liza every few days I was super excited and ready for my car. Liza gave me the walk through on my truck only to tell me that there was still unrepaired damage on the hood. She said it was not in the appraisal from statefarm. She then let me know to contact them n take pictures, we both did at the time she was helpful with that information. I was so anxious to get vehicle I paid my deductible and left and was told that I will hear something from insurance company. I was so upset and wanted to just hurry up and leave. She did over me to keep the loner, but I wanted to just leave . It’s been 3months. I Went around the corner and realized that my vehicle was not fully repaired and shouldn’t have paid. That wasn’t right. so I went back got a refund on my deductible. And then begun to get more info from Liza on how this could have happened, how was it missed? First insurance company should have had it in the initial appraisal and then when it was noticed my you all why was it not called it to statefarm? Liza said that someone in the paint shop did notice it. But nothing was said. I am disappointed on the non professionalism and that I was offered back an unfinished product. And it should have been noticed prior to the final walk through. This should not have happen! It is not right and needs to be looked into to prevent this from happening to someone else. A car accident already is stressful and then to go through this the after is a huge inconvenience. This should have been noticed in the first appraisal and added when it was noticed! Lack of communication between the two and now I have to go back and fourth blaming each other for this inconvenience. Liza was helpful and polite, but the overall experience was unacceptable and not satisfied at all.

October 2019 by Cory with the Keys
I've never seen a company more blatantly take advantage of people who come to them for help. I am a salesman at Dodge Country and have friends who sell at Patriot. I know how much it costs to program keys, and I was told by several people what the cost is at Patriot typically. If the vehicle isn't push to start, which mine isn't, it should be about $40 to program a key. Because I had my truck towed in and they know I am at their mercy they charged me $140! Plus 70 to cut the key! After taxes that'll be well over $200 FOR 1 SINGLE KEY WITHOUT REMOTE OR ANYTHING! Thank God I have so many people out there online and at home who support me enough where I can take the lick. I can only feel sorrow for the poor folks who go through this while struggling to make ends meet ? I will call anyone but them next time!
