Excellent service and honest business. My kids and I only go to Pep Boys in Killeen for our cars. After going to different business in the past, I feel that people here are very knowledgeable and care about their customers and our cars. It's sad to say, but I learned more about my car in the last year and half about my car from this people, than in the past several years from other shops.

My car went in the shop on Wednesday and it was ready for pickup on Friday.
Pep boys provide excellent service at a great price. I will bring all my vehicle's and definitely tell friends.

Pepboys is a fraud and should be looked into. I was quoted a radiator repair which would’ve cost well over $1000 but it turns out it was just my skid plate rubbing into my coolant fan. The front desk guy not sure if he was a manager or what looked me square in the eye and made this bold face lie making my is more than it was. I took my vehicle to Christianson brothers in Temple Texas located off of west Adams and they were so honest and so upfront that I went from $1000 to $100 for a simple repair. Don’t trust this shop for your own car’s sake. They’re possibly shooting nails in tires whenever there’s a tire issue too. (Jar full of stuff found in tires)
The response from management seems to be generic if you look over the post from before meaning nothing will happen and the issue will be the issue till the crew leaves

First time ever coming here and I won’t be coming back. It wasn’t great from the beginning To start of with, I had no clue where to go at all and when I called the person on the phone talked to me like I was stupid. The office was blocked off by a chain so I’m not sure how I knew that where I was supposed to go. And then I only made the appointment for the offer that the Pep Boy website had and I still ended up paying more. The website offered 69.00 oil change with coupon( which I had) it was $103 without the coupon so I ended up paying $83. With no explanation on why it was more. I didn’t wait very long but I most definitely will not be going back and will not under any circumstances be recommend them to anyone

Pepboys is full of terrible mechanics and a Crooked manager who works at this location.
We took the vehicle to be looked at and they quoted us both control arms were the issue, okay cool we got that "fixed" well no, unfortunately there was now a new noise happening in our vehicle.
So they asked us to bring the vehicle back, we brought it back thinking ok things happen sure maybe a misdiagnosis. well we then got quoted for a CV axle replacement for the "knocking/grinding noise", another 500$ down the line, no that wasn't the issue either. After taking the car to Another mechanic they then told us They had stripped out some of the bolts completely by over-tightening it. Pepboys has no problems destroying peoples cars, when confronted about it they just tell you they refuse to work on it and will call the police.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
Literally the worst service I have ever had on a vehicle, car repair and manager/customer service. Do not risk it.

I arrived at 1:30 pm, I asked about my warranty battery with my documentation, Mr. Juan attend me with a kind of attitude, he asked to me, if I speak Spanish, I said yes I’m speak Spanish. He treat like I’m a dumb person, like I don't understand the warranty politic, because he said I installed wrong the battery. How he knows I installed wrong the battery!? ??

Great Service today at Killeen Pep Boys. Juan went above and beyond to repair my vehicle in a bit of an urgent travel situation.He and the team provided an excellent solution and had me out of there and back on the road in less than two hours after encountering an emergency ar 3 AM and making a same day reservation at 5 AM in the morning for 10AM.
