We were at PoP Shelf just now (great Christmas sales btw) and our daughter had a budget of $10. She found a Disney Princess baby doll on a shelf that was marked $8. There were a couple of them there so I told her that it looked like it was within her budget- she was obviously very excited. There were no other price indicators anywhere on the box or elsewhere in the store. When we went to ring the toy up, it showed $16 and we had to tell her that it didn't fit her budget. When the two women who were working behind the counter heard us, they double checked what I was saying and ended up giving the toy to my daughter for the price on the display. It seriously made my daughters day and was a shining example of good customer service. We have a very happy three year old right now because the employees were exceptional at PopShelf this evening! Thank you!!

Fell in love with this store when me and my daughter first went in there. Don't agree with all the prices but it's a nice store. Bought pens and a brush today. Love it.
Updated: It's still a great store. They've moved things around. I still love it. They have great holiday decor right now. 10/21/24
