Customer service was not welcoming or friendly when I checked in. And they damaged the glass on my door panel. For the amount of money I paid I am disappointed with this business. Will not come back and would not recommend. ZERO STARS.

Sent my Grandma there about a week or so ago to get her passenger mirror replaced. “Sent” because I’m a returning customer. Listen, Tammy I know I told you over the phone how amazing you are. But I have to also leave the review. TAMMY YOU WERE EXCEPTIONAL AS ALWAYS. Very very helpful, very considerate, very prompt and very straightforward. Love it!!! Huge shout out to Quality Auto Glass. I was able to get my truck serviced the very next day. They gave me the price upfront Including taxes so I knew upfront the full price! They were able to take me in first thing in the morning have it done a few hours later. Definitely go to them for your auto glass needs.

Amazing customer service! Tammy is awesome and so incredibly helpful. The window part for my 2017 Hyundai Elantra was discontinued and dealer only, but she was able to scour everywhere to find what we needed to have my window replaced last minute and still beat the cost of other locations.
