Pretty clean but why does the person checking me out need to know what soda I put in my drink? Lmao. It was so awkward. "What is this"? ....me: a refill? "Whats in it" ..... me: soda?

They declined my card(gift card) and took all the money off of it 250$ still and I couldn’t even get gas its been 24hours and they claimed its on hold i will never go to a quick trip again

Have been to this store a few times and have been trying to give this store a chance to improve as to not leave a review yet I felt I had to. A couple of the workers( a male and female) gives great customer service yet, majority of the workers there gives horrible customer service. They feel like the customer work for them rather them working for the customers and apparently the manager is not holding his employees at a high standards which he should be. I feel customer service is number 1 in all establishments and this particular QT lacks that extremely much so. The price of the coffee refill is absolutely ridiculous for a refill of two and a half dollars plus. Getting a new machine into your store to improve on your coffee has nothing to do with satisfying your customers especially with those ridiculous prices when most customers just get a black coffee and creamer yet being charged for those outrageous prices. And when you use the Big Q cup to get ice coffee then you are hit with a price point of four dollars and change which is a straight rip off. Your prices for coffee needs and should definitely be reduced and you should tell management at this location to get their employees together to learn customer satisfaction and service which is much much needed in the store

A couple of years ago when I first went there they had great pizzas and I went regularly, but then suddenly the quality took a deep and permanent dive. The last time I went the crust wasn't even cooked through, so I stopped coming. I imagine there was a management change, and the one who took over just doesn't care as much as the one that left.

A week ago the area around my pump was so sticky with spilled chocolate milk my feet stuck to the concrete. Short on time, we came back yesterday and it’s STILL filthy with spilled fuel, oil, drinks and milk (see pics). Trash cans were over-flowing. We seldom shop here because it’s been this way for years. Doesn’t the State of Texas have regulations about these kinds of dangers?

I was next in line to get gas and they totally skipped me like I was invisible, I was so hurt that the fact I was in line first and a guy stood beside me and they told him to come up to the register and I looked at both workers and they looked away from me. This was my first worst experience here since they opened.

I really love most stores but this particular store is becoming a magnet for the less fortunate people. YesI give voluntarily to them but I do not want to feel pressured into giving someone money at 3:30a.m. in the morning. They stand around to the only entrance into the facility asking for money. Let's talk about the garbage and trash at that same entrance. Horrible and the odor of urine is present. This is also the store that Tesla workers go to before getting on the bus and all I hear is complaints about folks asking for money there. I do not have a solution but if they stay a distance sitting at a table I'd probably just walk over and give them some change or buy a sandwich whatever I can...I like many do not want to feel pressured and clean that odor from that entrance.... I went to QT 3 nights before tn and i was told that i couldn’t purchase alcohol and it was a problem because i didn’t have my I.D and he wouldn’t let anyone else get it that was in the store. BUT today, he did not card anyone in my group for alcohol or even make it a big deal. He worked night shift 4/5/2024 and 4/4/2024 and 4/3/2024, he also made me feel uncomfortable by being watched.

ALL of the windshield washer fluid containers were bone dry and when I went in to ask if they would be getting refilled anytime soon was rudely told by the manager on duty " maybe 30 minutes to an hour". The store was not busy at all and they had not just run out. Every one was completely dry. Won't be back to this location.

Person cleaning men’s bathroom today at 6pm had a major attitude while I was waiting for her to finish cleaning the bathroom, giving me unprofessional face expressions and body language that appeared to be demeaning. I waited almost 10 minutes. An elderly customer walked in men’s room and she kicked him out after he said that he really had to use the restroom. Seemed to me there’s an issue with customer service here and lack of care.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I must or they will not improve. Every QuikTrip I go to is clean, nice, and well stocked with great condiments and drinks. This location is absolutely horrible. They had dirty tape over every whipped drink selection indicating that they were out of all of it. The floor was so sticky that I took my shoes off to get back in my car! The food that they prepared for me was cold, took a long time, and the kid that was helping me was snarky. And of course he's a genius, right? When I told themthey were out Coke on tap. They said it will have to wait wait until it could get changed out. There were at least four people in the store not really loaded down with any tasks. So I couldn't get Coke . I need to be able to go back to this place and I want it to be what I am used to in a quick trip location. Somebody from the district really should talk to the management in the store in a very persuasive way. I'm filing a complaint with the corporate offices. And I have pictures.Update:The fact that the managing owner took the time to reply to me speaks volumes on what a great company QuikTrip is. And it's completely understandable that they have a store with some issues. I'm sure he'll get this straightened out and back on track. As I said, the company is a great one and every site I've ever been to is A great place to go. I'm changing my rating and look forward to seeing the improvements the next time I'm in.
