Didn’t give me a receipt. Needed to return items and then said they couldn’t do it without the receipt. Next thing you know a black lady in the back who is not the lady I was speaking to is talking about I called the wrong store when I didn’t and the lady on the phone said they could try and pull up the receipt. Will be disputing this with my bank not making any sense why I can’t be helped when I was never given a receipt in the first place I won’t be back.

Such a swap meet , trashy , ghetto experience. I walked in the cashier is on her phone the entire time. She's talking to someone about a tattoo and breaking up with her boyfriend. She's has large breast yet she has on no bra with a head scarf.
I wouldn't have focused on her appearance so much had she been more professional.
I was in the store earlier that day and was I couldn't try in clothing inside the store. I respected the policy. I purchased my items. I took them home and decided to return 3 of them. I gave the cashier my receipt and ID with their 7 day return policy which I'm not a fan of. I returned all items with 8 hours. The cashier tells me she doesn't know why but it will only give me a credit for 1 item. I have 7 days to use the credit and I need to call customer service. I call customer service I placed on hold than a recording advised me I'd get a call back. I get the call back to be disconnected. I'll definitely be contacting corporate it's the principle.

Yesterday I returned to take back bracelets that didn’t fit. I didn’t know that those sales are final. I’m an understanding person but the lady behind the counter was rude when explaining that jewelry sales are final and said ok bye and have a good day. It made me feel like I wasn’t welcome in the store. Shopping in rainbow is a fun pastime . I feel that there should be a training for customer service.

I love Rainbows! Nice clothes & accessories for decent prices. But, customer service isn't the best. I came in for a return with the tag and receipt, and the manager didn't want to accept the return because it had a deodorant stain on it from me trying it on. But the in-store fitting rooms are closed and you only have a seven day turn around for an exchange or refund. Also, no returns or exchange for leotards. This is the only store still operating with 2020 pandemic rules and polices!

Customer service sucks. I wanted to do a return exchange and they had the audacity to tell me the manager won’t be able to do it until after her 30m lunch break for me to stick around or go to another location. Are you freaking kidding me!

Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.The other lady didn't speak to any of the customer's besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.I don't feel she was being rude she simply doesn't really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.

Poor Customer Service. Walked into the store about 2 days the workers looked directly at me and didn’t greet me. Even Walmart greets you when you first walk in. Wasn’t asked if I needed help or wasn’t told that they were available to help me if I needed it. Customer service like that just changes my mood about the store. Didn’t buy anything
