I love Rainbows! Nice clothes & accessories for decent prices. But, customer service isn't the best. I came in for a return with the tag and receipt, and the manager didn't want to accept the return because it had a deodorant stain on it from me trying it on. But the in-store fitting rooms are closed and you only have a seven day turn around for an exchange or refund. Also, no returns or exchange for leotards. This is the only store still operating with 2020 pandemic rules and polices!

Customer service sucks. I wanted to do a return exchange and they had the audacity to tell me the manager won’t be able to do it until after her 30m lunch break for me to stick around or go to another location. Are you freaking kidding me!

Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.The other lady didn't speak to any of the customer's besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.I don't feel she was being rude she simply doesn't really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.

Poor Customer Service. Walked into the store about 2 days the workers looked directly at me and didn’t greet me. Even Walmart greets you when you first walk in. Wasn’t asked if I needed help or wasn’t told that they were available to help me if I needed it. Customer service like that just changes my mood about the store. Didn’t buy anything

Very poor Customer service. If I was there Manager, I would've fired them on the spot. One employee with a bad hair coloring sitting on the counter having a conversation with the other employee, both looking at the four of us waiting in line to pay, whom do not acknowledge any of us, about the music playing in the store. Then, the woman with the bad hair color was complaining about hanger bundles. She finally jumps off the counter tells the woman in front of us that she can help her in the right. The woman did what she was told & still waited for the same girl who starts to make hanger bundles. This would've been a perfect customer service video of what not to do. Rudeness & just all around bad.

The store hours aren’t concurrent with what’s online and they had several people waiting outside their doors when the store is suppose to be open according to google. This is a time when accuracy is important so document that you want your shoppers to purchase online or abide what is mentioned on your listings.
