Movie and seats good but the stupid divider walls make it hard to see the screen. Bottom of the movie always cut off and I'm almost 6ft tall.

I went to the watch the demon slayer movie with my step son and he was excited so as a kid does he started talking and explaining things to me. Well a grown man came up after the movie and cussed us out very much making mine and my step son's night horrible. He started crying in the car ride on the way home. There are ways to address things and it was not appropriate.

It's black history month and we went to see One Love. All other movies had posters and stuff to represent it except this one. I saw friends in other states with pictures and memorabilia's. Comfortable rooms with reclining chairs.

My family and i came last night to see hunger games. Movie started at 8:10 we got there at 8:10 and kitchen was already closed. Had to eat left over cold popcorn and couldn’t get any food. Staff had an attitude because manager told them they weren’t supposed to close until 830. Couldn’t get any refills or anything. Seats were dirty. Popcorn on floors. Just not the best experience

Unlimited is great if you usually see more than 2 movies a month. You get discounts of concessions and extra tickets for your family or friends if you are the one purchasing. I've seen some flashier Regal Theaters around TX than this one,

The movie times to start were not accurate at all. Went to the movies expecting to watch my movie at the time it says show starts. The previews started late , then the previews were about 30-45 mins!!! The film started almost a hour after the movie start time. I ended up leaving because by the time it started I was too tired to watch . Just lost my money that day to watch previews.

Absolutely love this theater! I did however make a mistake and would suggest to pay attention when picking your seats according to the Grey block on the grid that says screen. I didn't think it would be a problem and sat where I wanted due to an empty theater but right when the movie started another couple came in and of all the seats in the theater we where seating in their seats. They asked us to move (which was embarrassing because I had unbuttoned my jeans after a big meal) so we just left and the manager was super nice and refunded our tickets. Don't make my mistake. We will be back and pick the right seats this time.?

Left the side lights on during the movie. When you lean back in chairs, it is hard to see the bottom half of the screen

Today I came in to watch the 2:00pm showing of Wonka. I immediately remembered why I don’t come to this theater anymore. I’ve been here 2 other times since I’ve moved here 3 years ago and they are the closest theater to me. I stopped coming here because the screens are so dark and the contrast is off. The previews before the movie looked horrible because this theater clearly does not calibrate their screens/projectors. The color on the screens have a grey hue resulting in an unattractive visual. I thought maybe the actual movie would be better but there was no change, so I decided I was not staying to watch. When I went to the front counter to get a refund the manager gave me a hard time. When you go to the movies sometimes you lose or throw away your ticket stubs. But I paid with my card so it clearly shows on my bank statement. Not only that I had my actual receipt that shows the last 4 of my card number, how many tickets I bought, how much I bought it for, what movie I was watching, and what time my movie was. The manager is at the counter trying to tell us we need the actual ticket stubs. So basically if I wanted to I could walk in, ask someone for their ticket stubs and use them to get a refund. Someone needs to put this manager in training ??♀️ I’m pretty sure if I called the regal contact line they wouldn’t have been looking for any ticket stubs, but my actual card # for the card I used to buy the tickets, and maybe even the actual receipt. That was ridiculous when the transaction could have been very simple. Also the way she reacted to me telling her about the screen visual was as if I was lying or didn’t know what I was talking about. If I say I did not have a good experience then it is your job as a customer service worker to make it right, not question my experience as it is MY OWN. If you’re in Killeen and wanting to watch a movie, drive the few extra miles and go to Harker Heights Cinemark.

There aren't many options to view a movie in the Killeen area but this cinema is my favorite. It is close by and the matinee tickets are the perfect price. The staff are always nice and the theaters are always clean. Even though it is a bit of an older builder, it is holding up nicely. I like the selection of treats they offer. Even though movie treats are typically high priced, I feel you do get a large portion size for what you pay.
