I have been getting my brows threaded here for years now and I just recently decided to get them tinted. The first time I was indifferent about the tint, but my second time was with Sim and she did amazing. If you have thinner brows like me I recommend Sim!

First time coming to this place and will definitely be coming back. Although my eyebrow threading was done in a timely manner there isn’t a single hair that was missed. The customer service is also very great. I haven’t gotten my eyebrows threaded in about 9 months so I had a lot of growth yet the lady who did my eyebrows was patient with me as I was clearly struggling with the threading itself. Not only that she asked if I would like some cold gel once she finished my brows as to a replied please, that really helped! Definitely recommend this place

Establishment was very clean.
Staff was friendly.
I told the young lady who threaded my eyebrows that it was my first time having them threaded and how I was terrified in general since the last few people who did my eyebrows butchered them. She was very sweet and understanding!
She was quick, precise, and did a great job.

I'm new to Texas, after looking online at a few places to get my brows done I chose this one. The first 3 times was done by the same woman, she's excellent. Buttttt unfortunately the last 2 times were done by two different women and both times I walked in looking like a caterpillar and walked out looking like a par hy caterpillar! On top of that the woman today yelling in my face to talk to the other workers, I tried to start small chat and all I got was a mhmm for a reply...
Unfortunately I won't be back!

I have been coming to this establishment for years and never had problems. They keep changing their employees who sometimes don’t seem to pay attention when you tell them what you want to get done. Today I told the lady to just clean outside my brows. After she was done I come to find out that my brows are so thin. I’m never coming back!!

Only place I go to for my eyebrows, they keep their businesses clean and are very professional. You can make appointments but walk-ins are welcome, they're usually fast though so there is very little wait time. They have good prices for their services and a reward stamp card. Overall great place to go for eyebrows and their other various services.

They're the f...ing best okay!! When I say come. I mean come here okay! They literally get right to it, so you can get on with your day. They do you justice. Not no skinny itty bitty eyebrows they do a fantastic job.

I have been coming here for years n have never had a complaint! DO NOT LET SARA do ur eyebrows!! She sucks! She is just doing something to get her coin. Today she rushed doing my eyebrows n jacked them up now I have to shade them in.???

I wanted to get my eyebrows tinted got their at 540p.m they close at 6p.m we all had to pull a number they got to me at 550p.m and I got in the chair, asked what I wanted done told them a tint told me couldn't do it because they close at 6. So I waited in the lobby with my kids for 10 minutes to get nothing done and you supposed to serve everyone who has entered your store tell 6p.m. I'm very disappointed.I could have went to another one near by before they closed.

I went there to just get cleaned up. I told them to just clean it out but this lady was so busy talking and laughing with her coworker and she took out half of my eyebrows!!!!!! Do not go there.
