“The two gentlemen (Lee and Anwar) that operate the Mailbox Store Killeen. Are true men of service, character, professionalism and strong in faith towards their duties. I'm very appreciative of their placement in the community although it's truly a place of business their service goes beyond just business as usual mentality. Thank you both for the prayers and conversations it truly makes a difference. An a true SOLUTION for the community they serve daily. “Just want to add that they are an ACCESS POINT, not an UPS Store. They ARE able to make returns for ANY pre-packaged item with a BAR CODE ... not a QR code. This is not the fault of The Attic Self Storage, the limitations are decided by UPS. The Attic Self Storage is a community thoughtful business and provides many services.”

“Even though they were packed walking in, Ashley had the line moving soo quickly while managing 2 separate transactions simultaneously throughout the entire line. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and just a pleasant personality to interact with. The other worker there was a tall gentleman and he was very calm and courteous as well, even while dealing with belligerent and rude customers. I applaud them both for working sooo quickly and professionally!”

“I think great employees always need to be praised. I went into Office Max today since Google said they had a fedex there. From the second I walked in Stephen was greeting me, asked if I needed assistance with anything. He helped me through the entire process of getting my package ready to ship. 10/10 service. Great customer service. Was beyond kind and helpful. Made the process a million times easier because I was sure lost on how to do it all. Yall have got yourself a great employee. Thanks for amazing service Stephen!”
